The way to "change" fonts without root is to use a launcher.

Lg G2 V30 LP font mod

Hi folks. I modded fonts_lge.xml file just to add (replace) sherif stock font with roboto condensed.
Font file is from. D802v30e but i think it will work on any lp version
Replace your fonts-lge.xml file from system/etc with attached one. Set permissions rw-r-r, reboot phone and thats it. In settings- display-fonts u will have sherif font replaced by roboto condensed font.
Make backup before replacement.
Zip is not flashable!!!. Unpack and replace
U need rooted phone ofcourse
Cheers

I found a Theme Font Pack wich include a type of font that when you apply it change ALL the fonts on you phone.
I found it here https://huaweiemuithemes.blogspot.com/2016/06/pack-of-12-awesome-fontsmarshmallow.html
steps.
1.download them (if they are named as .bin rename it to .hwt)
2. move to HWThemes
3.go to themes app
4. choose the one of the previous "Theme Font Pack" and apply it.
Ps. for better results just rebot, sometimes it doesn't aply completly
good luck

This is impossible as numerous apps have their own font embedded in the apk. You will have to change that as well if you want a "true" system-wide font.
I do this with the Dropbox app for example as this app contains a stock Roboto font, whatever other font you install for the system it will by default use Roboto, unless changed to something else :good:
You saved my a*ss, than you!!

Google Sans Project Font for MIUI 10

Can anyone help with flashing Google Sans Project Font on MIUI 10. I followed the procedures from this link - https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-max-2/themes/font-android-oreo-8-1-google-sans-t3694864
But, after flashing the MIUI_TWRP zip, after rebooting to the system there is not change. Can anyone try it on MIUI 10 and provide a workaround for this.
Trying the normal procedure of applying through Themes app doesn't work for Bold and Italic alphabets. Also, the wallpapers keep getting reset.
Thank you

Ok, found the workaround. This post was incomplete and not detailed, your phone needs to be rooted first to have it work. This should have been mentioned in the prerequisites.
