PARANOIDANDROID changed that. It does not "heal" tablet mode, it obliterates the boundaries. You define how big or small apps are, you define in which UI they display, no matter if your phone runs in tablet or phone mode, which also you can define. Customize every single entity on your phone, lockscreen, navigationbar, system-components, widgets, apps. If you prefer stay with your three bearpaw buttons + drop-down curtain or switch to a combined navigationbar + drop-up notificationcenter, enjoy Youtube in 3D, Gmail and settings in 2-columns, Chrome in its better mobile UI, etc.There are still many hidden features.Maybe u can find one...

HOW TO INSTALL
If you are on cm9 rom then you can install directly without wipe so that all your data will be safe but to remain on the safer side i suggest to do a complete wipe before flashing this rom
You need to wipe all things if you are come from any other rom except cm9
HOW TO
*long press power button and select toggle statusbar to hide\unhide the statusbar.
*check softkeys under paranoid settings to have softkeys on statusbar
*DON'T REDUCE THE DENSITY OF ANY APP LESS THAN 120 OR THE APP WILL FORCE CLOSE
*u can switch the ui from tablet ui to phone ui under paranoid settings\hybrid settings\list of apps\select app and change the ui and density\hit apply.u can change the density and ui of all system and downloaded apps here.
*report some major bugs and do leave some feedback

Yes JB is further along on paper, but marcel hasn't updated the github to reflect the working list and the build we are all messing around with at the moment is in a much worse state than ICS, so until Marcel decides to update guthub or release a newer build I think ICS is still better. JB will be the best as it already looks fantastic but for now ICS is good and we dont know how long we will have to wait for JB, let him do his thaang!
^^ absolutely true... since there is an indefinite time before first cm10 build release, so its better to use ics as its currently used by many (including me).

Hiii friends...New mihome 1.7.0 launched for all 2.3+ phones nd mihome launcher now supports miui free launcher function...
after installing the launcher open themes then go to online themes and download warmspace theme or simply download warmspace theme from this link nd if theme downloads in .txt format then after download change file format .txt to .mtz nd put this theme in miui themes folder(miui themes folder is mnt/sdcard/MIUI/theme) http://www30.zippyshare.com/v/60491270/file.html ...then select warmspace theme and make a gesture with two fingers downwards under statusbar for start miui free launcher function nd for back to normal miui launcher make a gesture upwards with two fingers...enjoy

If you are on MIUI, you need not an external launcher. Of course this for Non-MIUI devices. To enjoy the free desktop themes you will need to have ICS ROM.

got it, after a lot of tries a good for DownThemAll ad-on for FF
I use this on my phone with miui.
It's just because LG and nvidia never seems to release the needing drivers to make my phone work as it should with ics. And because of that so doesn't anyone want to update the custom miui version I am running.

The stock hangouts app has emoji support but no quick reply. You'll have to download 8sms from the Play Store.

Today I'm presenting you my first ROM, Z4 eXPERIence, using the latest Sony UI NXT8 (used by the M4 Aqua and the Z4).
This rom has a special feature, and it's that it's made for both locked and unlocked bootloaders, having both advantages and disadvantages.
In the absence of lollipop for the M2, it's great at least to have their updated UI.
LiTE Edition (3.0) Features:
- Stock based, 18.3.1.C.1.17, Deodexed, rooted, zipaligned and with SuperUserMod.
- Implemented using the theme "Material NXT 2.6" from niaboc79, modded by me.
- Icon pack ported by me to all apps. (So that there aren't any apps with old icons).
- Implemented the 'Update Centre', Launcher (with transparent Google app), Z3+ Live wallpaper, and the Digital Clock Widget from the Xperia Z3, modded to work on M2.
- All apps updated to day 11/07/15, so that we don't have to wait until Google Play Store updates them
- It's more fluid, more stable and the size has been reduced considerably. The system has been optimized the most I could.
- IT DOESN'T USE XPOSED.
- And the recovery included in the rom is PhilZ Touch 6.59.

What version you should choose?
- If you are looking for a complete rom, with all Sony stock Apps and with an appearance the most similar possible to the Xperia Z4, the you should choose the Complete Edition (2.0)
- But, if you're looking for a stable and fluid rom, and you can go without some not so important features, like colored statusbars and the xposed modules, then you should go for the LiTE Edition (3.0)

Install Instructions: (WARNING: NOT WORKING IN D2305).

- Root and then install PhilZ recovery using this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-m2/general/xperia-m2-aua-2403-root-philz-touch-t3072833
- Copy the nxt8-z4experienceX_X.zip to your SD-card or Internal Memory. Reboot your device and when you see blue/cyan LED while in the Sony Logo, tap many times the Vol- button.
- Go to Wipe and Format and do a factory reset. After that, go to Custom Format Options and format /system.
- Go back and choose Install Zip, Choose from /sdcard if it is in the Internal Memory or /sdcard1 if it's in the SD.
- Choose the nxt8-z4experienceX_X.zip and install it. After 4~5 minutes it will be ready to go
- If you have a Xperia M2 Dual Sim variant, apply the patch for your device plus the WiFi patch in case it's not working for you. (Thanks to @RTz_GauRaV & @FunSucker for doing it)
- Reboot and, in case you installed version 3.0, install the Base theme update apk normally (via a file explorer).

- And, probably the most exciting news... There's no lag! Now the rom is as fluid as Stock .15. (Ofc, if you don't overload it with a bunch of apps )
- Also, it doesn't get as warm as before (that happened to me a lot before while charging, for example).
- And lastly, I've included in the 2nd post a link to a Mega folder with various plugins for the rom, like the Z3 Lockscreen and some mods to systemUI and Framework made by @Dzepar (Thanks m8!).

Corrected some problems with Liveware Manager & Sony Entrance.

Fixed some bugs that made the rom unstable. First public release.

Initial version.
Known bugs:
- (2.0) Google Play Store always returns an error while trying to install an App. (Error "RPC:S-7:AEC-7 <Serial Number>")
+ It's a very weird and uncommon error, because it's induced by the Google Account.
To solve it, go to Settings, Apps, and in All tab, look for Google Play Framework and clear it's data.
Now look for Google Play Services, clic on Administrate Storage, and, at the end, tap on Clear all Data.
Finally look for Google Play Store and clear it's data. Now reboot your device.
If it has been solved, then that's it.
But if it didn't, unlink your Google Account and Sign in again.
If Play Store is still returning errors like 'Not connected, check your connection', try switching between WiFi and Mobile Data.
Try also to Force close the Play Store.

Starting from version 2.0, I've decided to create a MEGA folder with some tweaks that users sent me over the forums. Just like I said in OP, the rom is opened for any suggestion and, if it's possible, I like to include them, inside the ROM or as, in this case, add-ons.

Oh, that would be nice, but IDK if it would be possible in locked bootloaders (stock based)

Ok, I know I didn't modified a bunch of things, but the goal of this is having a rom, or at least a set of mods, for people with locked bootloader, this cannot be compared with the work of erikcas, galaxyfreak and many others!
It's just my contribution for those who can't use those roms, and at least have something to choose from...

Uh, I hate that lockscreen with those stars... But it's the actual lockscreen from the M4, so I will consider it. :silly:
EDIT: Also, seems a little buggy: "-Screen Lock "Password" will not work with this mod. so earlier if u r using Password screen lock mode please change it before installtion.".

That's what should happen actually. While screen is blinking, connect to your pc and open RootXperiaToolkit.
BTW please use the respective thread for questions about the root method

Uh nope, because it will mess up with your actual apps. However, maybe for future updates, I'll try to make it installable without loosing your data

I think it might work, but as I don't have this model I Cannot confirm, so try it
The worse thing can happen is that you have to reflash the entire FTF of the dualsim model
So far, confirmed to be working on: D2303, D2306, D2403 & D2406

-added Google Keep notes and removed Notebook (this means that you should backup all your notes before the update)
-removed CRT effect because it's not a M feature, but fade out animation is
-fixed progressbar texture error while downloading (Did you make the mistake to look at it? )

-removed almost all Holo blue UI
-M theme for notification items background
-removed useless Settings quicksettings tile (only the visual icon but programmatically not because of a FC)

Installation: -first, install v3.1 because v4.0 is just a patch. After update, install Link2SD from Play Store and uninstall MM Launcher (NOT KKM Launcher) and also you can integrate updates into system .

-split screen (this is an optional feature because not all users will know how to use it. To use it: install MultiWindowSidebar.apk from attachments then search in Xposed Installer "xHaloFloatingWindow", install and configure it. Click Drag Launch Mode, select xHaloFloatingWindow (portrait or landscape depending on which orientation you need) then click Tap Launch Mode and select xHaloFloatingWindow (Bottom) then press the start service button )

Yes but this device is not known (gsmarena.com says that popularity is N/A aka Not Available) and maybe others want ROMs like MIUI or 4.4 because of custom features. I need a stable ROM so here is it: this ROM is fully stable except YouTube videos not playing on Chrome.
I tried to install the stock official rom but without success. Any help is appreciated.
