Hi guys
I like to put cyanogenmod on my phone so I attempted it on a LG phone(P970) but when I flashed TWRP to the recovery partition and rebooted the phone showed its boot logo and did nothing. I tried to get it in the bootloader but the combination VOL - Home and on/off button did nothing too (I tried also some ather combinations). I cant get it in fastboot or adb. And when it is on widows doesn't even detect it. Is there anything left I can do?
Sorry for the bad english ( I am from the Netherlands)
It sounds like you flashed the wrong recovery for your device perhaps.

Okay guys, this used to be a "Omg i bricked my phone help me" question thread. But I unbricked my phone and now its amaaazing
So if u got the same problem here u go:
First lets analyze the problem:
I got LG G2 d802 (international)
Rooted it with IORoot25r
I got TWRP 2.7 on it
I entered the recovery mode from ROM manager
I wiped all data, but forgot that no rom was on my device.
So the device froze at LG logo.
When trying to reboot, the device would just freeze again there.
SO HERE IS WHAT I DID:
Device was on LG logo
I pressed Power ON/OFF button and Volume Down button (hold it)
I released them when the mobile restarted and I saw the LG logo again.
Then I immidiatly repressed and hold the power ON/OFF button and Bolume Down button. This will cause the device to enter RECOVERY MODE.
In the TWRP (Team Win recovery Project) menu (the TWRP menu is the recovery mode), I pressed on turn system off (not sure where it is, but I think it in the Reboot section)
So the device is OFF atm.
I kept pressing volume down and then I plugged the usb stick in, this will cause the device to go in DOWNLOAD mode.
Once in that mode, all you have to do is follow the thread that was linked by scholastova underneath (first reply).
(PS -> since I have less than 10 posts, i can't post links )

Hello everybody,
so I got a lg g2 international version (d802). I rooted my phone with IOroot25r1.
I installed rom manager and updated the CWM. Later I wanted to download Omnirom, in the thread it said that TWRP was succesfull and CWM wasnt tested. (THREAD: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2668564)
So I searched on the internet and I downloaded the apk called Autorec. It automatically installs TWRP.
So i went into the recovery mode and wiped everything I could. After that I noticed that I forgot to put the ROM on the phone (retarded me).
So i tried to reboot, because the phone wasn't showing up on my PC. ABD didnt find the device either.
(I said SO alot of times, sorry for that )
I am now stuck at booting. When booting I see the LG logo and the LED turning colors but it won't start, neither will it turn off, it will just restart if I keep pressing the power on/off button on the back. Holding all buttons will get me into a menu where it gives me a couple options:
Off
On
Cancel
Answer Call
Stop Alarm
I can't get to answer Call or Stop Alarm. And if i press Off, On or Cancel it will simply freeze and stay there forever. Then all i can do is hold off-on button again and get back to the non-stop lg logo.
I cant enter recovery or the phone, neither does it show up in abd.
HELP ME PLEASE. I HAVE TRUST IN YOU

I tried the first step with the KDZ, didn't work The program gives the error "plug phone in". Basically it doesn't recognise the phone.
Also I think I kinda know the situation now. I have 0 roms and 0 backups. ABD sideload won't work (no idea why). My only chance is mounting, Hope that will work. But is there any other method? (PS i also tried the .TOT method, didnt work also).

That's great! Im glad to hear that.
Ok, I bought a galaxy s7 from my friend, because he was getting a new phone, but I discovered that wifi wasn't working at all, so I thought it had to do something with the firmware and I decided to flash the rom with odin, with a newer version of the firmware.
This is where all my problems started, when I restarted my phone for the first time I noticed that the startup/booting animation was some weird ****, not like the usual one (the samsung logo) but was a weird loud animation with the letters of MTK, in that moment what came to my mind was that I just could be a custom rom or just a custom boot animation, so I didn't gave it too much attention, I continued to do what I was gonna do and tried to boot my phone into download mode with the classic normal method , Volum Down+Home+Power, when I tried this apparently It didn't work, I could stay there pressing the buttons for like 5 minutes and nothing would happen, and once I would release them, the phone would turn on and do the weird animation and boot like normal, at this point I was already worried so I proceded to Root my phone with KingRoot and install an app to manually boot my phone into download mode, it didn't worked. After hours of searching for a solution I found about ADB and I did all the steps to boot my phone from there, still nothing, when I typed the "abd reboot download mode" or something like that, the phone would just restart and do the ****ing weird animation again, so I tried booting into recovery mode and when I tried to do it, an android robot would appear laying on the ground with his chest open, and the words "No command". When I would press the home button the phone would react and send me to the recovery mode, normal.
So I'm begging you guys for help, since I don't know what to try now.
It looks like the download mode or maybe the firmware is broken, and I can barely do something without the download mode, pls help.
What I've tried so far:
-Basic 3 buttons method (can't remove battery, it's an s7)
- ADB method
- ADB fastboot method
- Vol Up+Vol Down+Home+Power
- Can't do anything with Odin since I need download mode
- Tried to install twrp recovery mode from ADB but says that It didn't found the file
If someone knows a solution for this please tell me what I can do.

No idea really but just to be sure. Did you try switching off phone completely and then trying 3 button combo for download mode?
Also post that **** boot animation logo as that might help us figure what you have flashed on phone.

Hello everyone,
i'm new to this so excuse if i do wrong something (title etc..).
I wanted to root my Huawei vns-l31 so i used the srk tool for enable the bootloader and then install the twrp; it seemed that all go right but when i tried to reboot in recovery mode i probably did something wrong in the timing with the combination of buttons and now the phone is stucked on the blackscreen with the message "your device has been unlocked etc etc.. your device is rebooting now.." the problem is that the device it's not really rebooting. I've tried the pwr for 10s, vol up+pwr, vol down+pwr but nothing..the phone doesn't go on fastboot and so i can't flash back anything. Pls help me i've read many threads on xda but no one worked for me.
again sorry if i broke some rules and for my bad english
Thanks to all that will answer this post.
Edit:i Just let the phone turno off because of the battere and then in reboot It showed me the three usual options..Maybe It was Just a bug. Still i dont know why It doesn't open the twrp..I'm Just bad at timing?
Hello guys, right now i'm in big troubles with my FRD-L09C432. I tried to flash the rollback package (wich was working yesterday) but this time after the flashing process phone won't boot, i tried to enter recovery mode but i couldn't. Then i entered in fastboot mode and unlocked bootloader in order to reset the phone. I entered yes on the screen and the phone tried to reboot but now it is stuck on "your phone is unlocked..." and at the bottom: "your phone is booting now". But nothing happen and right now i cannot access recovery, or fastboot or even dload nothing works, i disconnected the battery and started the phone again but nothing... When i try to rebbot it in fastboot, recovery or dload mode it just vibrates twice and show the same screen with "your phone is booting now"
I'm really desperate i have never had a hopeless situation like that, i need your help, thanks a lot for any suggestion or idea that i could try.

Thanks dude i'll read that for sure
Unfortunately i have no access to fastboot that's why even DC Phoenix cannot do anything...
fastboot ... conect phone to PC. If the phone its on or off dosend matter.
After conecting to PC hold volume - and power buton (first volume- !) .... and wait a while ... it may reboot severel times. befor enter fastboot.
After enter fastboot try this https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-8/help/honor-8-hard-bricket-how-to-restore-t3739551
I pray to access this damn fastboot mode dude but i've tried everything and i cannot get into it even when i disconnect/reconnect the battery
My opinion is that the phone tries to reboot in order to reset itself but smthg prevent it from rebooting correctly, a friend told me the boot is damaged/corrupted
Go to one of those high street repair shops. They fixed mine for 80 pounds.
The tech tried with his Huawei flashing box but he couldn't detect the phone...
Did your device got unbriked?
No i bought one with the screen broken and i swapped thé motherboards, but the other is still bricked
