For the custom ROM part, they will be out, when a geek or developer buys it.I'm searching for the original phone as that might help you too find ROMs as like all Micromax Androids, it too would be a rebranded version of any Chinese or other mobile.Example: My spice mi 310 is rebranded cellon c8093 and sells in Indonesia as csl mi 320, so I found a few custom ROMs made by some Indonesian friends.So, that might be the case with your device.
Btw, how is Aisha working? Heard it's just a rebranded iris? Try iris from Google play and leave a reply regarding this

see guyz there is a problem,
i m finding this device in my city for about 4-5 days, its not available yet in my city....but today a shopkeeper told me that the device will be available in a week or so......!!
So as soon as i get the device i will upload the full ROM dump!!
i also want to help in the development of the custom ROM for this device, BTW i dnt hav much knowledge about android yet as i m an iPod Touch user!(will gain knowledge in some days)

The 3.1 screen is of lie resolution, poor camera, AISHA is just rebranded iris, so I don't see any reason to buy it!

and as ur saying the karbonn a7 isnt launched in india yet, and i dont want to buy a karbonn product as there is barely any service centers here, the products are not of that good quality!
micromax got a good customer support and there products have great quality too,
also the a50 looks great!
hey apple got the best mobile OS, the iOS, its fast, smooth, powerful, one can easily jailbreak(root in android slang) the device & gain control, install tweaks!
believe me iOS is just awesome!!

and there is no official price announcement from karbonn about the a7,
there r rumors that the device will cost 5-6k,
i think it will be around 7-8k!!!!

It can't be 7-8k, because a9 is 8k and it had better specs, so it will be maximum 6k
And coming to"Micromax had good quality handsets"
Almost all of the Android phones by Micromax are rebranded Chinese mobiles, don't know about the service part

n also i cant wait to buy a new mobile as the karbonn a7 is not launched yet!!

Ok, they were also rumors, the phone is officially released today
But still I shall pay 2k extra just for the better resolution part of a7, and the camera and powerful processor will come free

bro ! karbonn is the worst and cheapest chinese crap . micromax is 50 times better than it . because it has a better brand name than karbonn .

Hey guys i have A Micromax A50.I bought it from flipkart.
Resolution is kinda ok..And i think there is a problem with the touchscreen,Like xperia mini,when the device overheats(eg:when charging),the touchscreen kinda gets messed up.You'll not be able to type things properly.
Will post romdump as soon as i can.

I doubt you should go for a Micromax A50.

use stock version, in cm version they will think ure selling made in china phone

You should Sell the phone in Factory Condition with Stock GB.
I guess XOLO Q3000 will be the best for you.

I'd recommend Xolo Q3000 as well. It's one hell of a phone. Been a week since I got my hands on this beauty, and I'm already in love with it.

[Q] Buying the best option possible within my budget

Hello all,
As my old Xperia X8 curently rests in peace I have the chance to buy a new smartphone device. The thing is that as a college freshman my budget is as low as it gets, so the purpose of this post is that you guys, the elite of the net when it comes to smartphones, could help me choose wisely.
My goal is to find a smartphone that I can find here in my homeland (Greece to be particular) or could order from abroad, that wouldn't cost more that 130-145 € (shipping included or low enough if possible).
What I'm looking for mainly is a fast processor with good ram capacity that whouldn't let me down at multitasking, web browsing, app executing etc.To be percise, what I'm looking for is the best and fastest processor/ram combination I can find within that budget.
From there on, my preferences focus on the camera,wifi capabilities (speed and range), screen size and looks/styling with that particular order.
My manufactor preferences are Samsung and Sony of course. But if any other mobile manufactor has what I'm looking for I would be glad to take a look.
I myself have made a small research on possible devices I could buy. Unfortunately I am not a phone specialist.I'm far from it, (although I would like to get there one day hopefully) so these are some devices I came up with during a quick search at a greek online store:

well i'll look them up.As for the motorola I think it hasn't arrived to my country's major sellers. I can find it though but it costs like 200 euros at this point. It seems awesome though and I think that I would definetelly buy it. how about the htcs you sent me? better cpu than xperia m?

You should definitely go for Motorola Moto G because it comes with Kitkat out of the box and Specs are truly awesome, Camera is pretty good too.. on the other hand HTC desire x is a pretty out dated phone , and 601 may be a nice choice but Moto G offers more in Less price ..

I've been a big Samsung Fan, but somehow it has changed in the last few months. I'd take the Sony, it looks better and is not a "everybody has got it- samsung"

honestly the moto g is my no1 preference but as i told you i couldn't find it cheaper than 195 euros.I found it on sites abroad but the shipping and taxes would raise the price to the same level. If anyone could advise me on how to obtain it in a cheaper price like the US and India ones that would be awesome!!!!

it's like you're asking me to spend my money for half a year of use, maximum! I'm a poor student, not a naive Richy McRich!

I personally don't think Xperia is worth it's price. It has a lot of issues with it's software from my and other people I know's experience. So... I'd recommend anything else but the Sony Xperia brand.

Based on your list, I would chose the xperia m !

Hello everyone,
I would buy a tablet 9.7/10.1 inch.
I was oriented to Cube talk 9x, the software is ok, no lag, the material of construction is ok, but cpu/gpu and the lack of gyro and compass make me give up.
I saw the Pipo P9, the hw is very interesting but i don't know at the software level.
Someone owns this tablet? Some information?

yes I do its my first android tablet since my touchpad . It's very fast no lag issues so far . No crashes so far . For the price I paid about 170 I think . It is very well specked . I bought it for my niece who I'm giving it today . I have been customising it for her for about 2 weeks and I defo recommend . Do you have a any specific questions . I was worried about the 10 inch since I have only ever had iPad size 9 inch , but I actually thinks it's better . If you use for reading etc . Kitkat also has a multi window feature which is neat so you display up to 4 apps at once . There are loads of videos of the p9 on YouTube . So far so good and for what my niece needs more than enough space as it has sd card slot too .

I bought it digitalplayworld.co.uk they are official sellers for uk . I disnt do any heavey gaming on it . Subway surfer and Spider-Man's is the best I got to play with it . Gps was ok once I did firmware update .

I want to buy a phone and I am a bit confused

Hi there. I am new here. So I am planning to buy a new Android phone. Not that much expensive. So anyways I found 2 suitable phones for me and they both are different brands. So the first one is the Samsung galaxy Grand prime 4G with 1.5 GB ram (SM-G531F) and the second is the Lenovo K4 note 4G with 2GB ram.
Ofcourse in the specs wise the lenovo k4 note is better than grand prime, but I want a phone with almost no hanging, good loud speakers and long lasting. Lenovo is a chinese brand, that makes me more confusing about the quality. And I cannot find a satisfied answer anywhere. So which one do you suggest me to buy? Any help would be appreciated. Hi! First I want to tell you that you shouldn't buy a Samsung phone if It's not the S6/S6 edge S7/S7 edge/Note 7. They are always really bad phones with 0 lasting and 0 specs. Second: What's the screen size you'd love? And: How much do you want to spend? Then I could help you to choise the best phone for you.
