If I disable and enable, the wifi works again, but i rolled back to kitkat because the lollipop doesn't have a stable network (sometimes uses the mobile network even when wifi is available).
I am seeing this too.

OTA update won't work when your android device rooted, you need to full unroot first to get OTA update
Hi,
I was trying to update my GS4 OTA to KitKat 4.4.4 but I had to cancel the update over WIFI and leave the house. When I tried to update it again it shows that my device is up to date. But it's still on 4.4.2.
Somehow it thinks that I have the 4.4.4 I think. Why do you think this is happening ?
I reset my device and nothing is different. Any feedback greatly appreciated.

Hi
I am currently using 10.or G(3GB ). This phone has been given Oreo update by the 10.or team but when I try to download the update it always says"waiting for WiFi" although I am connected to a WiFi network due to which update is not able to download.
I have contacted 10.or care and factory reset my phone as suggested by them but still it showing the same message. I had also disable network restrictions of the connected WiFi network but nothing happens. Please help me get rid of this problem
Thank You!

Try to unlock the bootloader via Motorola official site but there I got the message that "Your device does not qualify for bootloader unlocking".
So time wifi start working and next day the same condition toggling between saved or connecting but no interne, I can see all wifi networks but can't connect?
I hope anyone here resolves this issue to root or at least wifi in working condition?

Tried looking here
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-z/help
I would reflash the firmware
Just don't downgrade, use same version or newer.

As long as you don't downgrade you should be able to flash firmware
