Hopefully this will work fine to root your device too.

Hmm ... I found this roooting guide: Chef Central > Android > Micromax canvas doodle 3 root and cwm recovery ... which states that framaroot should work on your device.
Maybe it's the update to Android 4.4 which prevents framaroot from rooting. I saw several reports that it worked fine on Android 4.2.2.
Downgrading back to Android 4.2.2 may be an option.
You should ask in the rooting thread.

Download king root apk, and installed it then you can root your Xolo q610s lollipop, internet is required during rooting, download apk on XDA developers site.
Yes, same for me, i cant uninstall yet
I cant root my micromax q380 currently running lollipop 5.0
I have tried almost all methods i was able to find but they did'nt work
Especially the android root apps
I also unlocked my bootloader using adb
So basically what i m looking for is some other ways to root my phone
