[Q] How to Get files motorola owners backflip?

Hi guys from XDA wanted to know how could get the files motorola owners backflip, and I've only found how to obtain it for other devices but not precisely for that name.

Is there a way to translate language in .xap application in to other languages? (I need to translate English into Vietnamese, Similar interpretation in android, using APK tool )

Hey guess, I just flash my Android from Chinese ROM, and i didn't find the english language option there is just chinese languange.
My question : How to Translate chinese to english Language, what tools i needed & what must be i change for....

[OT] Translator needed Russian - English

Hi we are in need of someone who can help translate between a russian speaker to an english one in the xperia p forum.
Since @kosmos-2011 not knowing english but is a great dev and @stothegee who is allso a great dev but they have trouble comunicating each other for rom development etc.
