Can someone confirm it's working before I install?
How is this accessed after installation? I'm unable to find a way to turn it on in 4.4.

I've no such tab in my settings. I am believing that the zip file for the tether does not work in 4.4. I've flashed it twice and cleared delvik and cache both times. Still no change maybe running in art?

It works. Flash tether ZIP. No dalvik cache is required. It is hidden standard android tethering.
Yup works for me. Installed over stock rooted odexed Kitkat.

Hello all, I have a Nexus 7 3G running stock rooted KitKat with TWRP. I have flashed this zip file as instructed and even got the menu working under Settings --> Wireless Settings --> Tethering and Portable Hotspot --> USB Tethering. However when i connect the device with USB cable and try to check the option it just doesnt work. I did a logcat and the following is the error I got. Can some one help me please ?

USB is not working, it's only WiFi HotSpot.
The mod does not work for me with stock krt16s.
The device is stuck into bootloop after flashing with TWRP.
After sideloading the NoTether.zip everything works fine again.

Repacked and uploaded again. Checked on two devices, both N7 3G, KRT16S.
This is an Xposed Module that will remove the Navigation Bar from the bottom of your Moto X, thus reclaiming that precious screen real estate.
It is highly recommended that you enable PIE Controls when using this module so that you have access to all of your buttons (home/back/menu/etc). You can use this xposed module to do that.
This was developed using a VZW Moto X but should work on all Moto X's and probably all devices with on-screen Navigation Enabled by default.
INSTRUCTIONS:
sideload/install the application attached to this post
enable it in your list of xposed modules
enable and configure pie controls via GravityBox
reboot
F.A.Q.
Question: Can I get my Navigation Bar back?
Answer: Yes. Since this is an xposed module, all you have to do is un-check it in your module list and reboot.
Question: Is it compatible with the KitKat?
Answer: Yes. I am running the latest built as of this post and it is working flawlessly.
Question: Does it do anything else?
Answer: Maybe. I also removed the safe volume limit but this is not fully tested.

I made this module with the intention of enabling the navbar on the maxx because gravitybox will not work. When it didn't work and neither did gravitybox I reversed the function and tried it on my moto x to hide the navbar. It worked so I compiled and posted it.
I guess gravitybox hide nav does work for the moto x. So, this post can be deleted.

Ok. Was only tested on 4.4. As I was saying above, just use GravityBox.
Is there any way to add more options to Pie Controls? Like googe search ... :/
Great mod.

No FC on my 4.2 with GravityBox. I have Expanded desktop + PIE controls set to a quicksettings toggle so I can play games in full screen. Works great. Check it, I made a guide- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2554590
GravityBox works GREAT on the Republic devices. No issues with answering calls, turning off alarms, or WiFi calling.
When I was using another XPosed module, I think MoDaCo, but maybe another one, to hide the NAV bar, WiFi calling was disabled. Turning off the module made it work again.

You Could Change the rom if you like
Either you can go for uniform builds of different apps
or Change the RIL to (theoritically) make any xt1032 rom on xt1033
Just go to

What doesn't work for you? I've Xposed installed with several Xposed modules including GravityBox and every option given in there works for, yes, the status bar tweaks as well.

It doesn't works on N9005 :crying::crying:
Any solutions?
I like lollipop, but I need screen mirroring. I have to come back to KK till an official release...
Make sure device is rooted and you have granted su permission. There shouldn't have issue on n9005 lollipop.
Sent from my SM-N910G using xda premium
Yes, the device is rooted. Titanium Backup and root explorer are working correctly.
And also your app have SU permission. I've tried 4 times and rebooted the device each time, but without success.
n9005 lollipop working perfect after your fix.
thanks button hit
Thanks for the sharing but it doesn't work on my N900p flashed with Lollipop.

wlan.wfd.hdcp=disable to your build prop should work then
Is it possible to clarify more.

@dr.ketan , could you please explain the purpose of this app? Is it to allow Screen Mirroring with custom kernels, without needing the "wlan.wfd.hdcp=disable" build.prop setting? Thanks!
Top Man!
Just installed this on my Note 4 N910H running KitKat 4.4.4 rooted.
Works an absolute charm, I needed to be rooted for another app I use with my Pioneer Car Stereo, but also needed Screen Mirroring.
This App worked first time, no issues at all, very very happy after the last week looking for a solution.
A BIG thumbs up from me, Cheers
bluetooth not working
Since applying the fix, screen mirroring works fine but my bluetooth is not working, using custom rom Samsung galaxy note 3 smn900

Works on Note 4 N910C using wanamlite v3.0 ROM.
However, i noticed that while mirroring, simultaneous bluetooth audio connection no longer works. On stock rom, i was able to mirror the screen AND use a stereo bluetooth speaker at the same time. I hope you find time to look into this. Thanks!
Btw, im using googymax kernel for lollipop v2.0
Awesome fix, just need to sort out the sound issue.

Download power toggles off the play store, its a widget when you set it on one of your home screens pick the wifi and data option and confirm then just click what you want on or off easy as that
I use this on kitkat but I don't see why it wouldn't work on lollipop let me know
'
In Lollipop rom your mobile either wifi or mobile data must be on control by the system, so battery drainage is a problem.
