Hi,
This is my first try at making games : *play.google.com/store/search?q=oobtux%20games&c=apps&hl=en or search for oobtux games in google play
I have created 5 games (free + paid version) from scratch:
- Numm
- Numm +
- Numm x
- bibodoo
- C.ubX
I am currently working on my next "batch" of games but it would be good to get some feedback beforehand...
Please leave some constructive feedback and if you see any bugs please let know (unfortunately, I have limited resources to find them all).
I have very recently become addicting to game making - I really enjoy it and get great satisfaction when played but I am still at the learning stage (serious hobby) and I need to learn from my mistakes.
But overall, what do you think?

Greetings all,
Today I released my first app on Google Play Store, and would like to know your opinions especially because I have tested it on only three devices - HTC Desire and One V, and Samsung Galaxy Fit. The game was written as my first app for android a long time ago, with A LOT of documentation online, and I decided tu publish it as a small test for upcoming apps and games.
It's free of ads, and has the sole purpose of learning, so if you install and want to be of assistance, I will be very grateful. Contact me here, or on the developer e-mail (if you do so, please say you are from xda): [email protected]
Be sincere, I know it is a very simple app and the next one that I am working on right now will be far better, but please use an appropriate language.
If you reply here include:

Hi all,
I've been developing my game for a couple of years now (you reallly can't underestimate how long these things take when done in your spare time!)
I've finally released it, so would be interested in the feedback of you knowledgeable bunch. The game is called Finger Shepherd and is a sheep herding game with 3D graphics. As you know, there's only so many devices I can test on myself so any bugs / issues / suggestions / feedback would be greatly appreciated.
The package is called "shibby.fingershepherd"; if someone else could post the URL for me I'd be grateful!
Mod Edit: Here you go
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=shibby.fingershepherd
Some screenshots attached.
Thanks for any feedback you can provide!
Lewis (Shibby)
good game it's really fun
Nice work! Love it!
Sent from my GT-I9001 using xda premium
This is quite interesting.
And I find that the sheep there are so lovable.
Thanks - much appreciated!
I've had a few comments that the difficulty is too high on some of the water levels. The drop-off rate through the online leaderboards seems to support this, so I'm planning to make a few tweaks...
Finger Shepherd Updated
I have now published an update. Any more feedback, please let me know and I'll work to improve the game
Changelog:
Much needed tweaking of difficulty on a number of levels
Lighting bugfix
Tip display bugfix on smaller screens
Performance optimised on certain devices
You can now unlock one of the minigames by sharing on twitter
The new version is displayed as 1.0.2.
I'd appreciate it if any users here would have a go at enabling Gree and logging some scores to the leaderboards - this uses 3rd party code that could do with as much testing as possible ( much like my own code really )
When screen turns off after you win the game goes to pause menu from which you can only restart or go back to game youve already won. Otherwise very nice game
Hi,
Just letting you know that the game has been updated again! Target times have been adjusted again based on user feedback. Also there is a brand new minigame called "The Maze" waiting for you to play :victory:
Very fun and nice idea ! I had my finger on the screen when it first started it took me by surprise
The game runs smooth and very well, I just noticed that you are allowing the user to change some stuff that as developers we use mostly to debug such as the FPS which in my opinion you can make it (even as a setting) disabled and invisible to the user. Much better UX in my opinion
Also, It worked well on a relatively low end device = ), didn't expect that as it is 3D
Again nice game and well done! Left you a comment on GP for support : )
Really nice game. Looks like all your time and effort paid off.
Thanks folks, I'm chuffed you like the game The feedback is useful and I intend to keep up with the updates.

Thanks for the great review. I started the game (just checked) in April 2011, so it's designed to work on the devices that were popular back then at a minimum.

I'm glad you like it! I'm not totally convinced that it's paid off, however It's so difficult to get downloads - very few per day, and it's on its way down the rankings at the moment. Hard to see where new downloads will come from... It's incredibly competitive in the play store nowadays - might be a different story if I had released it 2 years ago.
Sorry, don't mean to sound too depressed about it! It's been a fun experience developing the game and I'm already thinking about the next one
good game it's really fun
but graphics makes my cry
Hi everyone!
We launched our first android application about week ago. It's Dropozoid game (analogue of existing game for another mobile platform). Nothing special, but helps to spend time well.
I just wonder how popular is such kind of games now and how much sales can we expect without a big ad-investments. And how often does it make sense to make updates? Maybe it would be better to distribute first one for free?
I"ll be appreciate for any suggestions or comments. Thanks!
Hi all!
We're planning updates on next week. It will include:
- separated control of sounds and music
- motion improvements
- attempt to improve images quality for some display types
- post to top-score and connection error handling improvements
I hope these all make Dropozoid little better. Everyone is welcome to get pre-release to try (if you already installed the game, it will be free) - just send request to google+community "dropozoid".
Thank you all for feedbacks.

Hello Guys,
Finally I managed to publish my project. Meet Nino the "Sugar Monster". The game is about a mutant (one eyed monster:cyclops creature that Mutates Rolls and Bounce, a different take on the bouncing/scrolling platform games, in addition to a custom coin collection system based on mini games. For more functional details please check the official description of the game.
Did the coding/gfx/music myself, also I made sure the game runs well on low end devices and those chinese unbranded tablets with extremely low end hardware, so that everyone can play it.(The game is localized additionally in French)
Appreciated your feedback

Hello Salil999,
I think you mean multiplayer for the in-app mini games, then yes, I will try my best to implement it in future releases on the games were it is suitable (sprint race for example). If multiplayer for the main game, I have no idea how the multiplayer would fit in
However, Implementing this req would depend on the success if this first release:fingers-crossed:
Thanks for checking it out : )
Guys? Any other suggestion/bug ?
Thank you

Hi Guys!
I just released my new game for Android. I know its not perfect, but I tried my best (it's hard to do everything right when you have a full-time job and a little daughter). I treat is as a hobby and an opportunity to learn so I did everything myself (no libgdx, unity, andengine etc - pure Android SDK):
1. Menu system including every control - from the simple one like box or button to item pickers and level pickers.
2. Game rendering system (loading, shaders, renderers)
3. AI, level system, reward system etc.
If you want - give it a spin. I hope you enjoy it!
The game is available on Play Store under Paddle Clash Lite:
Code:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pl.abductedpiggy.games.paddleclash.lite
If you have any questions, let me know!
P.S. I know that the graphics suck and are not perfect, but I have also made them myself using free materials I could find on the web. Long story short, I am no artist as you can see. I tried to compensate with humor (I hope you like it)
Any Update so far?
What kind of update do you mean? I'm not sure I follow.
