[Completed] Home screen not visible

Well i rooted my chinese galaxy note 2 and it was until i deleted some apps. After i deleted and pressed home screen button i couldn't view anything except the notification bar. No tray icons no screen but only i could see is the background and notification bar through where i only access settings. I tried factory reset but no use. Please help me with this matter.

I was planning to root my note 2 instead of buying a note 3, I understand rooting is like; Using a different OS, but does that mean all my data will be erased? Is it like having a new phone?

please help me! i have my phone note 2 gt-n7105 and,when i want to boot him is booting,but is rebooting all over again!! is not enter in download mode! i used an usb jig and when i insert him in the phone its go to download mode,it turn off,reenter and do this allways! its something what i can do? please,excuse my english!
