We use MS Lync telephony at work and if I miss a call on my pc and am left a voicemail Lync/Outlook emails the voice mail to me in WMA format. I pick it up using GOOD Technology but I can't play it back.
Andy suggestions?

I thought about posting on the handset dedicated forum however it seems to more of an Android issue than an S5 issue.
Perhaps I should not have mentioned the handset itself.

I am in the market to buy a new car stereo. I have the galaxy note 4 and an iphone 6s plus. I need a stereo that can communicate with both phones, that is double din, 7" screen, and under $500.
