We use MS Lync telephony at work and if I miss a call on my pc and am left a voicemail Lync/Outlook emails the voice mail to me in WMA format. I pick it up using GOOD Technology but I can't play it back.

I thought about posting on the handset dedicated forum however it seems to more of an Android issue than an S5 issue.
