Any idea how to root these things? Or a manual on how to start a rooting on an unidentified device? No tethering.

I have ematic Egq327-m stuck in loop constantly reboots at lock screen after DPI change to 600 need help no keys except power I have identified three likely hardware key mounting points. Nothing works need to enter recovery

I recently purchased a zenithink C94 16Gb 10.1" Tablet running Kit Kat I have scoured the forums and the net in general trying to find a method of rooting this tablet
Bin4rys script doesn’t seem to work on this tablet apparently it should but it doesnt appear to, it runs and says successful but on reboot the tablet is still unrooted
Unfortunately there is no barcode on this tablet (seems to be a common problem with these tablets from what I can see online) and the model Number only say Allwinner A31 in the settings menu so the exact version I have is Unknown
The main reason I want to root this device is the rom has only allocated 1Gb to the intsd for app storage out of the 16gb of storage
So any thoughts on how to root this Tablet or get around the limitations that I have with internal storage would be much appreciated

After trying Rootx i thought Id bricked this tablet after a lot of searching I managed to find a maching rom and was able to re flash the firmware using phoenix suite,In rootx I selected unlock bootloader (Chinese Tablet) it then rebooted and rootx was unable to continue leaving me with android logo on the screen unable to turn the tablet off or do anything else
The one thing I did learn was that pheonix idebtified the tablet as a fiber-a31st if that gives anyone any ideas of how I can root this tablet

I have recently got a dragon touch m8 tablet on 4.4.2 i have been trying to root it but haven't found anything that will work with the m8 if anyone knows pls help....
Alright so far no replay's but I used iroot to root and works well but not sure how to get su bianary for CWM recovery I'm new to rooting android devices....when i hold down the power button and volume down my recovery menu is in Chinese and I would like to read what it says or change the language I can enter recovery using ROM manager and its in English but I can't figure out what to do next can someone help me?

Hi ,
So I got a pendopad 7 from dodo car insurance promotion and while I was trying to remove kingroot and replace with supersu , I think something went wrong and now tablet is in a weird state. It boots up to show nothing but if press and hold power button I can see option to turn off the tablet. I am assuming its something to do with systemui.apk , I was wondering if there is a way to fix it without rom install as I dont have any backup or the image to restore this tablet.

I can acces the normal recovery on the tablet and have tried resetting it but doesnt help .

After rooting this tablet I immediately started having WiFi issues, plus each boot or power cycle would trigger a factory erase. By placing my apks in the preinstall folder all of my apps would be replaced each time, but personal data and setup were deleted.
Due to this I started using Kernal Auditor to soft reboot. Somehow I managed to hit " reboot to boot loader " and now my tab is stuck dead on first android logo screen. I downloaded the Phoenix suite and a ROM that was supposed to work but Phoenix refuses to flash it.
Astar_y3 KVT49L A33 realtek WiFi etc... It was a release key but I would be happy with any firmware that would work for this. I am currently trying to I stall a minimal like ux on my xp PC and will be better set to communicate with the phone.
I was also wondering I'd it would be possible to load a Linux distro on this tablet????

Greetings and welcome to assist. Unfortunately I can't find any information for your device on xda. It is possible to run linux on most tablets but each device is different. There is a guide for a similar device here

Hey guys
So I need a little help with my phone.
Firstly I can't seem to root it
I tried using King root which after rooting switched to a system app and then the root stopped working and the phone kept rebooting.
I managed to reinstall the OS with a factory reset but can't find a guide anywhere on how to properly root this device.
I've searched high and low.
Second it keeps randomly freezing when I open apps
Things like pokémon go for example the screen stays white and then decides it is not responding.
If you guys could help I'd really appreciate it
