What do y'all think about this? Coming from Nexus 5, wireless charging is the first thing I am missing.

Go for it it's only 16$ worth a try. Wireless charging is way to slow for me
I ordered one the other day, should get here in the next day or so and i'll post back
I got it, have had it for a couple of days. Use it in the car, doesn't interfere with blutooth, NFC or GPS. Charges at a good rate. Using Waze, streaming Google music to my stereo, connected to my headset and galaxy fit, it was able to charge my phone, albeit a little slower than normal. But that is expected, especially since GPS is a huge draw on power. When just using it at work to stream music it charges just fine. It works through my UAG Maverick case and have no issues with NFC.

Awesome!! How much does it bulge? I have a Ringke Fusion case so I'm hoping it's not too bad
Not bad at all. Honestly after putting the case on, I haven't even noticed it.

I'm after a bluetooth stereo headset that has a screen with caller ID compatible with my Nexus One
I'd rather get one without headphones included as I want to use my own but if they have to be then they need to be replaceable.
Any suggestions?
Something like this - Sony Ericsson MW600

But are they compatible with the Nexus One?
Would the caller ID work?

Its the Sony Ericsson MW600. I have it and still use in the office after hours. The only thing it cannot do is show the track info on the display. However, caller ID does show. Only negative in my book is the volume slider is touch sensitive and can be picky at times, but works. Bottom line it is compatible and for a unit with FM transmitter built in and a rockin' battery life, I would recommend it.

Thanks, just what I wanted to hear.
I'm sure I read somewhere though that track info does show?
Well if there was an update to the firmware I don't have it LOL. I am using it right now and the track info does not work off the N1. However you can read the track info when a song is played using the FM transmitter on the headset. Go fig lol.
Ah well, ordered one anyway!
£29.99 seemed quite a reasonable price.

Don't get me wrong, I love it, that is only a minor gripe. The sound IMO is great for a BT headset. And trust me I have gone through my series of headsets lol....
Received my MW-600 today, will post my thoughts after some testing.
Been two days man! lol Any mini review?
I have a small part on my back cover that has no paint on it just bare aluminum. When ever I use hedphones or a headset the plug rubs up against it and causes my phone to play music randomly, switch songs, and call the last person on my call log? Has anyone had a similar issue? It only just started happened recently, I got the phone at walmart on the 12th. Who should I contact about the issue? HTC, T-Mobile, WalMart? I really don't want to send my entire phone in just to have the back replaced.
Here's a picture of the area.

Not on mine but give HTC support a call and tell them and they will send you a new back cover.
Had this on my N1. It's because of the built-in controls on the HTC headphones. My bet is you are not using those and are using headphones that have no controls.
Look up the app called headset blocker and it will disable this function and you should be good to go.
I'm using the headset that came with the phone and tried juts normal earbuds and have the same issue. Thanks for the temporary fix ill try it out.

I haven't even bothered opening the headphones that come with the Sensation, so I'm going to assume they are the same as in the Nexus One.
The issue comes from the diffference in the plug, the one that comes with the N1 has 3 black rings on it, all "separating" everything. The standard stereo ones have 2 rings.
What I did, to solve my problem since stock headphones were got awful, I bought an adapter that adds play controls and a microphone to any headphones. Never had the issue since.
@ OP the same exact thing happens to me all the time i havent found a fix for it at all. it pisses me off because it constantly calls people and skips songs and a bunch of other whacky stuff if you figure it out be sure to post the fix
*Blank - Turning this into a review for the cheap one I got on Ebay*
I found this one and ordered it : http://www.ebay.com/itm/251065892927
for 9$ I'm willing to give it a try (and even though it may be the exact same one from a chinese seller, I prefer to have it ship from a US location).
Won't be able to actually try it til it gets here.
Have you received/tested the battery? Interested in getting one as well

Yea I received it a week ago, I like it so far (do note this isn't the same one as the BLACK 3600 I mentioned in my first post, but rather the 9$ 3500mah one from ebay).
The battery door you can tell is cheap when you get it, however I've gotten use to it fast, the slightly rubberized texture is a nice feel for me and seems to fit better in my hands now.
After about 2, 3 days of charge up, drain down, charge up it seems to be nicely consistent now in the power usage can easily get a couple of days out of it before needing a charge (mostly on account of both my SetCPU profile and undervolting table).
Basically once fully charged it could take about 1.5-2 hours before it would end up showing 99% on stuff like Google Music, email, Facebook, etc.
A battery screenshot back when I was doing a bit of music and background notifications (fb, email, twitter, Skype, etc logged in and notifying around 10-15 minute mark), screen not on as often, but I don't usually have my screen on all that often especially as I don't normally sit thru a game that long.
Charges pretty fast at least.

I don't remember 100% what I did at what specific time frame, but I know from 42% to 36% I was watching an Episode of Heroes so bout 40ish minutes of netflix there.
Car & Desk docks - High quality aluminum & adjustable for larger batteries & cases
I use the car dock with my S3 and it's phenomenal. It also fits the Note II and Galaxy S4.
Easy to insert & remove the phone with just one hand. Great construction and total flexibility. It's more $ than most docks, but seeing as you can use it with almost any phone, it will pay itself back over time. :good:
You can find it for sale here:

And you can find my review on it here:

Yesterday I installed my new CraigsDocks dock for my AT&T Galaxy S3.
I give it two :good: :good: up.
I created a DIY USB-OTG with power cable.
So the phone gets dropped into the dock.
It goes into dock mode automatically.
This USB-OTG cable bypasses the internal crappy DAC and sends digital audio out to my Behringer UCA202 DAC.
Which then sends the converted analog signal to my car stereo.
Here's my review/how-to on the whole DAC to Car Stereo thing:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2033527
The dock is much smaller in profile than my iBOLT dock. And also easier to put the phone in and remove it from the dock.
It's also more heavy duty and looks pretty good.
My DIY cable of course, detracts from the looks. But it's not too bad.
The dock is very sturdy. I can easily put the phone in one handed. It just slides right into the USB-OTG connector.

I've worn my Hi Watch off and on for over a year now.
I has served me well considering how little it cost. I've managed to use most of the features and the battery is still going.
So why did I buy a DZ09? Partly out of desperation. The Hi Watch has a deeply recessed usb charge port. The Micro USB supplied is slightly longer than any other I own. It is the only cable that will work and when it inevitably goes missing I am watch-less until it resurfaces. The DZ09 was cheap, it was shiny and there was a slim chance the charger cable would fit the Hi Watch.
Guess what... it doesn't.
But that's OK, the old cable turned up again and now I can use both and compare them to my hearts content.
If anyone has any questions, I will try to answer them. I will also include the odd mini revue of different functions and any apps I encounter along the way.
Hopefully it will be of interest to someone, so here goes...
A note about straps.
I've never changed the straps on these watches. However, the Hi Watch (U8 Pro) will probably change fine. It has tiny hex bolts holding the strap on which are clearly visible.
The DZ09 is another story.
Upon inspection I discovered that the the strap is hollow. A wire (presumably an antenna) is tucked inside. So my plans to buy a funky two tone strap may have to go on hold.

The DZ09 has much jazzier screen layouts and a choice of backgrounds.
The metal bits on the DZ09 appear to be actual cheap metal as opposed to the painted plastic of the Hi Watch.

Hi,
I see you've used the "other smartwatches" section alrwadt, which is where this could be posted.
Xda Assist is here to help navigate the site, not for support or info. So you won't get replies here.
