Download TWRP_v2.8.0.1_Crowds_Recovery.img from here
Copy img file into sdcard
Run Rashr and flash new recovery

Found this, A Pac-Man Theme for TWRP... This was the work of XDA Member NorthLight and i take no credit for the work

flash the zip in recovery and then reboot to recovery to see the theme
(obviously you will need twrp as your recovery first)
