flash the zip in recovery and then reboot to recovery to see the theme
(obviously you will need twrp as your recovery first)
Can confirm it works with TWRP 2.7.0.8

Download TWRP_v2.8.0.1_Crowds_Recovery.img from here
Copy img file into sdcard
Run Rashr and flash new recovery

i have huawei y6 pro(tit-al00) , im stuck in bootloop, i have no os or recovery installed, and i can't install twrp or cwm but my bootloader is unlocked (i had cwm working before), i tried these mothodes but no luck, is there anyone who can help me install the recovery so i can install os? thanks in advance.

Yes Possible, every time you flash stock ROM TWRP is replaced by stock recovery image.
