I am having trouble getting my Z3 to connect to my G watch. I am guessing this is because of Throw, but I'm not 100% on that. I have the D6616 and it is all stock. I have the Android Wear app installed, and I tried to connect the watch in the same way that I did with my LG G3, but it fails to connect every time. Any help is appreciated.
Have you reset your watch? I've been changing phones a lot since I got my Moto 360 and only thing that works fine every time is just resetting the watch before I connect it to other phone. I know that with the new Update it's suppose to allow multiple phones connection but it hasn't worked for me as expected when I try to do it that way.

I had to reset the watch to get it to connect, and for good measure made sure bluetooth discovery was on (and the Moto 360 is not already paired).
Thanks guys. That was it. I feel dumb for thinking about resetting the watch, but then not actually doing it.

Does anyone have or tried one with the O3D? How well do they work
I have both, so I've given it a try. It's as bad as ever, the LiveView is a piece of c**p. Everything installs and runs fine, but the LiveView disconnects very often and most of the time it won't reconnect no matter what you do. Disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth doesn't seem to help much, a phone restart is sometimes required. And this was after 10 minutes of use, not hours or days.
I've updated the LiveView before I tried it to make sure it had the latest firmware from Sony Ericsson. I've also updated the LiveView apps from the Android Market.
In my opinion, it's completely unusable. I'm not sure if it's the LiveView device or their managing Android app that's to blame.

Hmmm ... let's work on that. I have a LiveView and I'm getting the Optimus 3D this week!!!
[trying to contain my excitement]
I have the S.e Liveview and the O3D,it works very well for me,there's only a little problem when i receive calls, the liveview sometimes lost the connection...sorry for my bad english, but i'm Italian
Works great for me. I don't do much with it other than not having to look at my phone when it is inconvenient. It stays connected well too.
I am using the stock ROM though and not rooted.

Hi XDA
I have a bit of a problem with my Smartwatch. I have tried every single 'fix' out there (self proclaimed techie, I usually google my problems first. making a post is a last resort). I got the watch since Christmas, and I've been working on it since
Heres my problem
I use a Feiteng N9300+ (S3 clone) and my smartwatch would pair to it, but disconnect every time I turn on the watch to check the time then reconnect around 5-10 seconds later. Apps wont work, they used to (with sheer luck, approx. 4% of the time) but after I formatted my phone apps don't show up at all.
I tried the watch with my Viewsonic G Tablet and it works, so I've narrowed it down to a faulty bluetooth chip within my phone, or a software related problem. Its probably the software
Any fixes? (I've tried Bluetooth keep alive and around 10 other apps, and around 20 'fixes' )
Thanks in advance
Is anyone else having issues with Smart Lock? I have my Moto 360 paired to the phone almost all the time, so it's a really useful feature for me. I even have trusted locations setup, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I used it all the time on my Moto X and s5, but it hasn't worked once on this phone. Any help would be appreciated!
Yeah I'm having the same issues with my Moto 360, which worked perfectly on my Droid Turbo. Thinking about requesting a replacement in case it has a bad radio because one time it also never reconnected to data after leaving wifi. Getting really annoyed with it not working though.
Smart lock has always been buggy since it was introduced, in both Lollipop and Marshmallow.
My only trusted device is my watch, works maybe, 60% of the time. Getting pretty annoying having to input my PIN. Might have to use the fingerprint scanner.
I've been having a hell of a time with my Gear S3, ever since I got the XZ I've had some flakiness in it's connection stability, but it's always been able to reconnect. Now, for whatever god forsaken reason I can't get it to connect at all no matter what I do, while my Xperia Z3 had *zero* issues with my Gear S3.
I've tried multiple resets and app reinstalls to no avail, and I've made a video to detail this a bit, if anyone has any ideas at all, please let me know.

I am having the same problem is your Xperia 7.0 Nougat? Got it to work once - but have lost the connect, and now wont connect no matter what...
same problem here as well
Hi everyone, thanks in advance for your help. I've searched and searched on this site and all over the internet to no avail. If you can help me, I'd be most appreciative!
First off, I have basic knowledge of this stuff with the help of tutorials, but am not even close to being fluent in it. That said, I had my gear s2 paired with my old Note 4 a few years ago. Last year, I bought a Pixel on Black Friday and found a way to root the watch and put Android Wear on it so that it would work with the Pixel. It worked fine for over a year. Recently, it was giving me problems, every few seconds crashing saying Google Services were not working. I factory reset the watch and it is now fresh with Android Wear on it. However, it will not find my phone and vice versa to connect them.
I told it to "forget" my phone and repair, even uninstalled Android Wear on my phone and reinstalled it, and nothing. The BT function of both my phone and watch work fine, as they are able to find other BT devices near them, just not each other.
Anybody have any ideas? It's driving me crazy. Thanks!

How did you manage to get Android Wear on this watch? Are we talking about the regular gear S2 or the classic?
