I wanna know if we can change the server for use my home one for recive the information log directly.
This look like easy way to have my home spy android app.
What you think about it?
Do you think is possible or is big trouble and it beter to make my home app?

been looking into this for a bit with no joy, so thought it's worth asking if anyone knows if its possible to use a html browser to open an app directly, please read the below and you will see what i am after, basically the idea is to use jakesankey's overlay to navigate m.facebook, but also have the option to use the bottom bar to act as a shortcut to album

i like the idea and have been playing around with it to make it more usable for me, then thought about trying to include a link to the album in the html page, ive included my edit to give you an idea of what im thinking but the code is beyond me

So, if I understand you right, what you want to do is open an application on your phone (a .exe file) when clicking a link in a webpage?
Because that does work perfectly fine (at least on my htc wing with WinMo 6 and PIE). All you need to do is make the link point to the application:

The above example will open the Images&Videos application when clicking the link for example. Hope that's what you were after.

it is, but when i use the code in opera it tries to open as a webpage rather than the app? it's doing my head in

I'm often writing notes on my phone, but I cant find any good existing soulution. (So, I'm using the standard built-in Notes)
I know there's a lot of program which synchronizes with your computer, the internet and so on...
I don't find this useful, and want it simple. A note program, where you can set your notes as your locked-screen background.
Does anyone know about a program like this, or is it possible to make one?

Hello guys, was wondering if anyone already came u with a simple app I'd really like to sport.
As you may know, the (PC) program in the title handles downloads from most file uploading services (rapidshare, megaupload, fileshare, even youtube...), but from time to time it asks for a verification (that is "Write what you read in the box"): obviously, it won't download anything until I input the code. Now, is there any way to be informed on my Desire about this request (so I can VNC/Web TeamViewer to the computer and do that), maybe even have the code sent to the Desire and being able to reply and have the code input in the computer. This way, ther would be no dead download times with ease! Anybody willing to put something together? Or is there something similar already? May I ask FRD developers first?

Nowadays most people have internet flatrates even for their mobile phones.
But what about people who don´t have internet flatrates? Thats why I start this topic.....
Bump (or Hoccer) is a nice app to easily share your contact ,!!APPS!!, what so ever....
The bad thing: both need internet connection....
[Q]: Why do they need internet connection? Is it because apps are not really pushed to the other phone? Instead the other phone got the link to the app in the market?
[Q] Applications like ES Explorer are able to package apps back to apk... the could be transfered. It is my current workaround, but it is not that simple it might be - and should be.
I searched for an app with my requirements... and didn´t found one.
An app that can transfer easily whatever you want! (apps musik, whatever an file explorer could find) of course it should have some standard functions like transfer contacts..... and apps!
So other questions are:
- How difficult would it be to programm such an app? Any good tutorials out there?
- A friend of mine built an app with google´s "lego system" and also established with it a blutooth connection. It is not that difficult and google did a great job with the API
- If noone wants to program such an app, I would try it. Im not an expert, no experience with android at all. But Im willing to learn....
- What the "best" developer environment? Eclipse? Any recommended tools?
Many questions... I hope we all could help each other?

BASE : Currently stuck outside AUSTRALIA due to border restrictions and badly want to use my own phone number.
I am really curious for a app that can help me control and manage my phone which is in another country .
I want to remotely control it to call & view SMS .
While calling phone should use mic from my pc or any other remote device.
I want to use my own number that's why cant use other services like viber or skype.
