[Q] Is there a ROM based on LPX13D for our OPO? - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is there a ROM based on LPX13D for our OPO?

As far as I know, there isn't. There is an L port but I don't think it boots.

Thx mate. I've been looking and came out empty handed.

Its a shame really lollipop looks beautiful

there is a ROM that combines Kitkat and Lollipop and it's booted (for at least one person) but thats it.
It's still being worked on but for a full on proper Lollipop we might have to wait for AOSP sources on the 3rd to hit

Thx mate. I was thinking that some came out of the preview version of lollipop. It was only for N5 and N7 I guess.

[APP][CM11] Port QuickRemote from G3

Hey guys!
I've recently made a port of LG QuickRemote from LG G3. After a week of testing on our local forum I decided to publish it here.
info:
- all features are working
- ART is supported
- looking pretty good on non-standard dpi
supported ROMs:
- CM11
- Slimkat
- Mahdi
- maybe any other custom rom. OmniROM is not supported (you can only add your own remotes on this rom)
installation:
- flash the zip with the recovery
Many thanks to @RieGo, I'm using his flashable zip's (I just replaced apk's with my own).

Ok, thank you, I'll check it.
Not worked for me too but i changed "setprop ro.build.target_country UK" then it worked fine.
Cool, I might give this a try, QR is the only thing holding me back from using ART, although honestly QR on the G2 is pretty limited.. Narrow beam, and the main remote I'd use (DirecTV) is quite limited.
This way I'll have both I'll let you know how it goes on AOKP.
BTW, if anyone does have to edit the props to make this work, I'd suggest adding it to /data/local.prop not /system/build.prop
Works for TV but doesn't work for set top box (motorola) cm11
ART is supported
OH SH*T, i'm downloading it right now! That was the only thing which I missed on AOSP ROMs, thanks!
For an easy upgrade from the G2 remote, I deleted the LGquickremote.apk from system/apps and installed the zip via recovery. All my device setups from the G2 version carried over. No issues with art either. On latest Mahdi.
Sent from my LG-VS980 using XDA Free mobile app
working great on Mahdi on ls980
Thanks for this!!
Anyone care to upload a screenshot if they are running this on another dpi like 400 or 380?

it works on 400 dpi that's what I run at always
Hmm, my configurations didn't carry over, but then again, I just flashed the new zip and it cleaned up. Anyway, no biggie I guess. I only had one custom remote and it was only a few buttons for my AV center.
DirecTV works, but I swear there are less buttons.. Like I can NOT find the List or Guide button anywhere!? Nothing to do with this port obviously, but just odd.

Lollipop Calculator App Ported to 4.4.x

Those of you who haven't yet got Lollipop can try the new Calculator as I have just ported it
They're aren't any new features (at least not any obvious ones than I can spot) but it does look better
It should work on any 4.4.x ROM but only tested on CyanogenMod 11 (4.4.4)
Of course, the vast majority of the credit goes to the AOSP team, all I did was edit some code to make it compatible
It CAN be installed alongside your system calculator app, the package name is different

Hi Hamzah,
I've been trying to build the calculator too but failed miserably. I did, after hours of work, manage to get it running but the layout was entirely skewed. Would you be okay with pushing the source code to Github so we can see and learn?
Great work! Thank you. (Now if only someone managed to port the calculator and dialler.)

Lollipop android 5 Rom list! (Updated daily)

Hi mates, the last few days many lollipop ROMs have been released for our beloved note 3 n9005. In this thread I will make a list of all these ROMs either based on Aosp sources or Stock. With your help I will be updating this thread with new ROMs coming out every day.
☆ROMS BASED ON AOSP SOURCES☆
● Temasek's Unofficial CM12
(v5.9 - Updated: 2015/01/21)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2953375
More information about this rom from @Mikegrmn :
I currently have Temasek's cm12 on my phone and like it because everything seems to work so far, it's pretty snappy without mods and it's close to stock Lollipop with some additional mods that are selectable. The mods can be used but are over board in my opinion.
On the other side, I have paid for a Samsung phone and for features that do not work natively on cm. So giving a stock rom a go would be nice to try. I would love the rom not to have knox, but I'd be ok with all the other stuff Samsung is adding. Most important, I would want to just being able to flash via twrp instead of odin. Personally I find odin messy with all the different options and prefer flashing via twrp because usually it's just putting a file on SD and the go.

There are also other Lollipop Rom's that are unsupported or not confirmed yet to work... Please inform me when a new Rom is out or a Rom is updated so I add it to the OP. Thanks all the developers that made it possible for note 3 owners to run lollipop. Also keep in mind that I'm not responsible for any problem that appears during or after your flashings.
I would love from you to tell me what is working or not in the lollipop rom that you use. Also some positive/negative points of the Rom... Thanks @Mikegrmn for the idea.
Happy Flashing!
Maxicets TW Lollipop ROM too. Works well!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2982363
you have @cordell slimpop rom too
@Sgmaster good effort mate, suggestion than to put a rom for specific device. example
N9005
N900
and bla bla bla
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-3/development/rom-cmremix-rom-lollipop-v1-0-t2959244
Works flawlessly, I'm using 2.4 version and I never got any FC or issues yet. It's pre-rooted and it's 5.0.2
Also cm remix lollipop.
I assume it is too early to ask for a custom kernel for Android 5 TW, right? Something that supports Synapse or at least Fauxclock/sound

Any of these roms have increased headphone volume baked in it? I have the stock one, but without Synapse/fauxcsound, I cannot increase the volume to my usual insane volume , and i have forgotten what was needed to modify in build.prop (cant even remember if this was the file) to increase the volume myself

A Video for those who want to know how to install lollipop on NOTE 3
I stumbled over this thread and I like your idea of collecting all different roms.
Having read trhough some of the threads myself, would it be possible to add some kind of additional information to every rom? Like: "this rom needs separate modem and kernel flashed" or "...has this and that mod". It would make selecting a rom much easier.
I currently have Temasek's cm12 on my phone and like it because everything seems to work so far, it's pretty snappy without mods and it's close to stock Lollipop with some additional mods that are selectable. The mods can be used but are over board in my opinion.

If you would want to add more information (maybe in stickied posts, one for each of the roms), I'd be more than glad to write my own findings for the ones I tried.

I would like to have this information added to the thread after every rom, but this requires me flashing each Rom seperately for testing to my device, or reading the whole Rom's thread every time that the rom is updated, and this is a bit difficult as I am a student at highschool and I have a lot of studing and no free time for doing so... Maybe if you all could share some information about the lollipop rom that you use like you did with temasec's... Although I will try to get this information myself when i have some spare time... Also thank you for the idea
[EDIT] Your information are now under temasek's rom in the first post.

Could anyone build an aosp kitkat rom?

Really looking for one.
I doubt a KitKat rom will ever make it past the boot screen on this device, as this is the Moto G 2015. It ships with 5.1.1 Lollipop, and it's next to impossible to backport a KitKat rom to this for that reason.
Oh well, gotta stick with marshmallow then.
It would be interesting to see a KK ROM on the Moto G3!
It'll probably fly with KK XD

Kitkat runs with much lower system requirements, placing a much lower load on the device. In theory, it would run much faster than Lollipop/Marshmallow, I'm assuming this is why OP wants a port.
yeah i agree kitkat would run well fast XD. also, we would have lockscreen widgets !

Kitkat runs a lot faster and is the most stable android version ever made. That's why.
And so because is interesting to see some Holo style in this Material world XD

CM 13

Dear all,
We have Unofficial CM ROM for Samsung galaxy S5 G900H but there is some bugs in it major is Camera & Call audio
But we won't have now developer to continue this ROM so is there any other way to get rid out this major bugs with externally,
I means like other developers who gave falshable patch zip which contains some libs or app. We have 6.0.1 TW so can anyone tell me which lib files or anything else will help me.
Thanks in advance!!!
Major camera libs are libdpframeworks, libfeauterio, libcameracustom, libcameraparamsgr(I'm nor sure of the correct name of this one),libjpego.so
Libcamdrv,libcamalgo.
For audio the only I can think of is Libaudioprimarydefault.so.
PS if the camera still doesn't work I can give you a link of the camera fix made for my phone and you can compare it and replace your libfiles.
Also does your phone have a thread if so give me a link

BTW if this is a case of replacing files your dev would have fixed it, no?
