I just started getting this error a few days ago, everytime I open the camera. Has anyone else ever seen this? Is there a way to tell which app might be recording?

Hello there!Sorry if i am posting at wrong section!Also sorry for double posting but i found 2 more issues.
First problem is that when i choose front camera on snapchat, the app crashes.Back camera works ok.I used logcat and i found that
