Signature Help?

I've been looking around at all the signatures at XDA and I see people phone information in there siganature. It looks fancy and cool and i am wondering how do you get all that info to put in there. I want to fit in so please help.

Just started getting Malware warnings from XDA forums

Chrome just started showing me Malware error screens like below. Is this an issue that just started I have never seen this before.

Camera error: Recording in progress in another app. Cannot record

I just started getting this error a few days ago, everytime I open the camera. Has anyone else ever seen this? Is there a way to tell which app might be recording?
