Dear All,
I have Moto G 2014 Dual Sim (xt1068) wherein am facing issue in toggling "Preferred network type" after installing GravityBox xposed module. It is stuck at 2G only.
I have written detailed post here at GravityBox [KK] thread and have been in touch with @C3C076 author of GravityBox. The problem's root cause is not yet found.

As per his suggestion checking with you users of Moto G Dual Sim XT1033 if you guys are facing similar issues like this when using Gravitybox [KK] on Moto G Dual Sim.
If you guys can emulate same settings and confirm if issue is there or not, will be very useful.
Sim 1 is Vodafone which has 3G enabled
Sim 2 is Reliance, no data enabled.

I have been trying a few custom android kit kat roms on my Moto G xt1033 and everything works great except the fact that my sim card isnt registered by the device, it has that 4 bar logo in the status bar but has no bars and is just a triangle and in the drop down menu it says no connection. My SIM is an Amaysim but sometimes on phones it will come up as YES OPTUS.
Please help and if anyone in australia/global would know how to fix or has this problem please dont be afraid to help as it is unfortunate for me now that i have to run stock 4.4.2 to have a working sim.

amaysim works on the Optus network, it should show amaysim when updated.
Request a new SIM from amaysim if it's an old one, it's free. You can do it from your amaysim account.

its not that its a problem with the roms themselves like for some reason it doesnt work with them it gets picked up but no data signal but if i put back to stock 4.4.2 it works fine. The xt1033 model that australia only has is a dual sim version. I just want one sim working as i only use one.
i just need something for it to pick up a data signal, it doesnt even know what network to connect to in data settings.
someone else must have this issue.

Hi All,
I have i have 1st generation Moto G(Dual SIM). My mobile's sencond SIM is not working properly. I see a plus sign instead of Network Bar in notification bar and if somebody calls me on that number he gets the message that the number is switched off. To enable that SIM i have to disable the first SIM and after that if i enable the first SIM then both SIM works for sometime. But after few hours sencond SIM again stopped working.

i have device with 8gb rom nd it is 3g eanbled, there is not tick on 2g only but still 3g is not working... i live in area where 3g is enabled...

Hi guys....I have rooted my moto x play recently.. I have unlocked many root features and its stunning...but my reliance jio sim is not working in my mobile..what may be the problem???...if I insert jio sim normally it will show a volte notification near the tower notification on top..but I'm not getting that notification now....please help me to solve this....please give me some solution to make my jio sim work...

I have XT 1032 Moto G bought in US and i am using it in India now and it has not option of selecting preferred network between 3g and 2g in cellular network setting. I have checked all sim cards here in India only 2G is working.
How can i use 3G on it.
After Rooting and flashing other Rom(CM 13) , option to select preferred network will come or not?
Is this due to ,because this phone is build for US.
