[I9003][CF-ROOT][OC][EXT4] Kernel Overclock [1.1Ghz] and CF-Root for I9003 (XXKPH)

This is my version of OC version for XXKPH with following features:
Features:
- [Check the second post for 1.1Ghz]
- Overclocked to 1.08Ghz
- CF-Root ( don't need to use SOC or any ZIP);
- Graphics Boost Tweak (thanks Gana)
- added acid tweaks (thanks Bigeyes0x0);
- optimized settings in 00tweaks file;
- Tweaks Manager with various tweak
- init.d support (you can put in the folder /system/etc/init.d all the script that you want to be loaded at the startup);
- CWM ( Added option to reboot in Download mode from Advanced Menu);
- Added EXT4 filesystem built inside the kernel;
- CWM Manager (including the support for phones using the SD-Card swap mod [ I use that ]);
- Auto ZIP-Align on boot - You can choose it in the tweaks app
- Tweaks values (Picked up from various threads and consolidated them)
- For Ext4 journaling option, use this zip provided in Skin's thread.
- USB OTG modules are preloaded (Not working as of now, so do not try this feature).

I am facing SOD when OC to 1.1Ghz, but at 1.08Ghz, I have not found any SOD so far (at least on my phone).

Tomorrow finally I will get my pc for working(thank god). After getting pc the most first thing i will do flashing this kernal. Very excited to test it. Thanx Amit.

u can flash it directly.

may I know if this cf-root is teh updated one from skin latest cf-root, with added some revised features like oc kernel n etc or this is another different build? I ask bcoz I want to enjoy both of latest features for cf-root n it fully integrated in one vetsion ;p

It has all the existing features plus few extra tweaks that might help in increased battery life. Also, you can check out the features listed in the 1st post.

I'm going to test...later commented how it works

It works, but I don't get more than 1500 in quadrant... of course is much more than before...
about the overclock thing... Does this mean I can download one of those programs to overclock the cpu and use it?

sd: speed tweak... I/O:scheduler.. kernel scheduler ... ext4speed... vw: swappiness ... ram script...auto zipalign... and have included my journaloff.zip by cwm quadrant reaches 2450 and without error any time
has changed the boot logo and no sound at boot

First,remove supercharged V6 and allinone then install mine via clockworkmod

@dodoik - Improves the quadrant score a little but the touchscreen is very responsive and makes the phone to move very smooth and fast.

Calibrate battery
We got two methods.
Battery Calibration:
Download from Play Store [Download]
Use the phone until it turn off
Charge it fully AC/DC
not unplug, open Battery Calibration and give root permissions
press "Battery calibration"
recovery:
Use the phone until it turn off
load off until you see the green LED
turn it on and use it between 1 and 5%
connect it again until it is loaded to 100%
Go to Recovery and do wipe battery stats

Extend battery life:
First, use the JuiceDefender (if you want, buy the JuiceDefender ultimate). Next go to Settings > CyanogenMod settings > Interface > Render effect and choose Calibrate N1 (cold), you can choose other option but I recommend N1 cold.

Hi! I just flashed the rom but there is one app I can't install anymore, it's my bank's app (swedbank), it says that the device is not compatible, even if I try to restore a previous version with Titantiumb.
What can I do, thx.

This ROM is really fast : maybe faster than MildWild v-4.0.
But, I can't restore with titanium backup and, just after reboot, my settings are lost.

Yes, you need to be rooted. You have to flash the file through CWM.

can we get more free ram using build.prop.....??

battery poor after applying mod
hi
i was previously on rooted stock DDLF2 with battery of atleast 15 hrs, post this update i dont even get 8 hrs with the same usage, i am Smartassv2 CFQ 300-1000 Mhz, i am on Xda_bam #15 kernel.
pls help if i should be making any other changes or use any other kernel for better battery. its a 6 month old battery.

You may, and I will be adding some more tweaks for the same. Well, you can try Swapper2 and just surf the Forum for using SDcard partition as RAM.

Finally someone is doing something for stock again..nothing can beat stock in terms battery..esp if you are on 3g full time.
the new update has made it extra smooth..but i got some doubts its eating battery quickly...will update the post after i confirm,..since im currently stuck at home and havent had a chance to fully test it..
since the mznk mods were buggy....it would be nice if you can make it after getting rid of bugs...no hurry..
also i noticed a lag when changing music in music player...im not sure if it was present before..but its there now..wonder why...

I don't know why but after flashing this mod my Phone has become really unstable, no doubt one can say the performance has increased but the instability has increased. Even while changing tracks the phone lags alot
i tried changing governor etc but nothing helped

I can but that's not something wanted by all. I am looking to increase the efficiency and performance. Anyways, see this guide and you can do it yourself.

All day with this modifications. It's amazing.

Download Version 1.3 for Alpha 8

is V1.3 work on other rom based on Alpha8 ??

I flashed it on carbon A8 and ended up in a boot loop... everytime I flash this there is a boot loop for me ... I am not posting this to discourage some one but this has what is happening... I want to use your mods TopDroid but bootloop is eminent whenever is flash... any solution for me

You obviously never peek into your device's system files. What it contains, what you DON'T need... Added: Most custom ROMs DO NOT NEED extra tweaks simply because they are already been pre tweaked by ROM developer/ porter. Blindly flashing tweaks will DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD.

I flashed it on carbon V1.7 A8 CM10.1...

Hi TopDroid, i found a bug when using your tweak: if i use blacklist from phone to block call, it still vibrate and ringtone still play even it blocked call already. I didn't see this bug before i flash this. Can you check? Thanks alot!!

No this is only for sl. Every device have his unique especifications.

playstore FC
i tried your mod, it installed properly but my playstore is giving force closes. Also i want to change the notification settings back to normal what can i do.
