[Q] Rotating icons on home screens? - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have had other devices with CM on them and one of the things I loved about it was that when I turned the phone landscape all the icons and widgets would rotate too! Fantastic right? Well I assumed it would be available on this phone but cannot find it.
HELP!!

Jellybean lock screen

The guys who created holo launcher made an actual jellybean based lock screen. It's working great on my note.
Thought to share it with the community for more jellybean goodies.

Thanks. Using it now. I don't use camera app much, so hate having it on my home screen. But, when out and about, it is nice to be able to quickly capture those important moments. Thus, having the camera shortcut on the lock screen is handy.

Great!!! Thanks :-D
not able to set a separate lock screen wallpaper using this screen locker.
thanks, it's great!
Only I can not choose lockscreen wallpaper, hope in next versions it will be available, also more unlock options
I think they r working on many of those issues and missing features.
At least it's a lock screen where we r not forced to have a launcher installed. And it's very smooth as well.

Is there a switch in the settings which prevent the home button unlocking phone when on the lockscreen but otherwise allows the home button to act as normal?
Kind regards k-c
Hey it's working nicely man..

Great LS. Best part is since there's no WP to be set, the Live WP works as LS WP as well (animated LS looks cool !)
Works fine on my note running stock rooted ROM with 4.0.3... Looks great thanks!

Widgets on CM9.1 r8

Is there a way to enable on screen widget buttons and widgets on the cm9.1? Things like fancy widgets, or so. I really like having the clock on my homescreen, but can't find a way to enable them. When I hold the screen down, I only get a choice to change my wallpaper. I might be spoiled from sense, but i'd love to see a way to enable this. Thanks for any help.

[Q] stack icons on desktop...?

I bricked my phone last week because I used 990 software...oops. I got it all working and in the end I now have CM7 on here.
There is only one feature I really truly miss from my old phone (it was JB I think...) and that is being able to stack icons on the desktop/homescreen. It's why I tried to upgrade this phone in the first place. Are there any apps that imitate this feature which work on our phone?
You mean make folders on the home screen with more than one app in them? That's more of a launcher thing. Try Holo Launcher. That's a good one with a ICS/JB feel that supports folders.

Need widgets suggestions.

I am looking for a simple weather and also a switch widget which does not consume a lot of RAM. I have tried a few of the more popular widgets available through the play store but they're either not very customizeable or too power hungry.
I'm currently using Google Now for my primary weather updates, but it does not look aesthetically pleasing.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a weather and a switch widget?
The CM11 clock/weather widget does quite well. I been using it on AOKP ever since it's been implemented in CM. As for a switch widget I just use the built in power control widget with a transparent background.

I was thinking more of something not ROM-linked widgets. I'm on stock, and would like to keep it that way.
Switch widget to do what?

LTE/4G widget for stock nexus 5
Is there widget for quick switch LTE/4G on and off for stock roms? All apps in play store just open mobile networks settings. My runtime is ART, so xposed does not work, if i am right?
I use widgetsoid, been around for ages, quite simple but does the job. Have mine on my quick drawer of action launcher.
No complaints.

Eye in the sky weather widget looks the best imo. It has pretty decent customization options too. As for switches...not sure, I don't use any.
