I'm going mad trying to find this. I have a Bluetooth device for my car and I want the drive mode to connect and also read the texts as they arrive...
Any ideas?

I have begun to get frustrated with a problem im having, and thought it worthy of addressing here.
Whenever I plug in the micro-usb connector (several, including original), to either charge or connect to PC, it auto-mutes the sound on the device, displaying the muted sound icon on the top bar. It stays that way even after disconnecting the USB. Its causing me to miss calls due to me having to remember to manually re-enable the sound after each connect and/or disconnect.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is this a feature? Any fix? I could not find any similar threads by searching. This is a stock OS unhacked. with TMO.
Thanks for any assistance.
Dave
Never seen this, never had a stock TMo ROM though

Hi all,
I've been searching for a device that can connect multiple phones to my car's single point Bluetooth connection. I want to use the car's speakers and microphone, and it must activate whether I'm using the radio, CD or Aux-in, their or must connect via the built in Bluetooth connection.
Dies anyone know of a device that can act as a go between so that I can connect more than one phone? Of there is no such device, does anyone know of it might be possible to use an Android phone/tablet or Raspberry Pi or something to achieve this?
I've searched everywhere without any luck, perhaps someone could point me in the right direction?

Hi all, sorry if this thread is in the wrong place, but not sure where I'd actually put it, so feel free to move it to the correct forum if needed.
Basically I've got an android head unit in my car which claims to be running android 10 (the unit is a PX5 I think), and have multipe USB connections which allow me to plug in a memory stick to transfer MP3's onto the inbuilt storage, plug in a USB DAB radio receiver, or an OBD adapter, TPMS, etc. Problem is these devices are to be left plugged in permanently, and whenever I start the car I get a pop up notification asking if a device should be the default adapter for a specific app, etc. I've attached a photo to show the type of pop up I mean. There's an option to make it the default, which it doesn't want to be otherwise none of the adapters work with their respective apps, but there is no option to say no and never ask again? So it asks every single time I start the car. Is there a simple way I can stop this pop up from appearing? If I cancel the prompt, all works fine with each adapter and app, but I'm sick of having to cancel it every single time. No idea if the stereo is already rooted or not, so not sure if that would hinder me.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
