How to remove bottom bar?

Sorry for this noob question.. but how can i remove the bottom bar, is it possible?

it's only meant to hide bottombar in homescreen... so hiding bottom bar in 6.5.3 means you would not be able to open start menu unless you have any luncher or shurtcut in the homescreen....

What do you want to change about them? Color? Function? Layout? SoftKeyz requires root but can basically fully customize them.

Some custom ROMs allow changes as well (AOKP, CM). So does Gravity Box, which is an Xposed module.

Does anyone know of a mod or Xposed module that lets you change the text on the notification bar pull-down (where it currently says "Verizon Wireless" in the picture)?

Do you use nova launcher?
I'm on marshmallow and have nova pro and get that notification, it's not a nougat thing. I've not tried disabling it, but yes it is annoying

Try to disable Peel remote. Or search it's settings. I think it was related to this app.
