T-mobile HTC One S 4.0.4 update please help!!

Hello,
I have a T-mobile HTC One bought from an online store in Romania and use it on Orange. The phone was branded but unlocked and made for Austria or Germany(the box and manuals are in german).
Till now there is no update for me, the phone is not rooted.
Does any one has a similar problem?How can i get the update?

I had the same problem and I solved it.

the phone si debranded and updated to 404. i use it on vodafone

Thanks, but i`m looking not to root my phone, hopefully the official update will be ready soon

Hi,
Can you please post how to update, i copied it to my phone and it opens as an archive.
From what I see in the title it`s for US, does it work for Tmobile Austria?

Hello,
When you asked for the T-Mobile update I forgot to ask whick Country and figured it to be US. This zip isn't going to work fo you sorry. Can you give me a copy of your build.prop please. There might not be an update for your country yet. I can check though.

Does anyone have the stock Verizon 4.4.2 img?

I heard if you can downgrade to verizon moto g to 4.4.2 you can unlock the bootloader. I can't find the stock img anywhere; does anyone have it?

Updates on Cricket

I have a d850 that has 20f stock rom. It's rooted and I'm on Cricket.
My question is there a source to find the updated stock roms in a zip file? Or the OTAs in a zip? The newest rom I can find is the 20f I'm already on.

Are you looking for 21r? I know there is a way to extract the stock ROM from an android device but google wasn't much help. If you find a how-to, let me know so I can try it on my LG (it has the 21r).
