after I flash a new rom with adb sideload rom.zip (I tried this with 2-3 roms)
I got NO SERVICE. no sim card no 3g no nothing. can any1 help me please?

Probably you have flashed incorrect roms? Check yoyr model version XT1032, XT1033 or XT 1034. Use rom for your model.

Check you have the right apn under mobile settings.
Note depending on your carrier you may need JB apn and not KK to work properly.

I have the HK version and I did not received the OTA yet. I installed the Taiwan kdz and I works just fine.

I have TaiWan LG G Pro 2 D838 32GB (Suffix - CWT) Model, I haven't received lollipop 5.0 update Over-the-Air yet, is it because of different suffix CWT or something else ?
can you please advise me whether I should update manually by downloading the firmware from your above link or should I wait for the official OTA rollout.
Also, I'm using my phone in Australia, if that makes any difference !!

It's the same procedure as the one for the G2. Follow this guide and make sure your pc is not connected to the internet and deactivate the antivirus while you flash the phone.
