Hay please help me m using galaxy s2 i9100g (rooted) os installed cwm with slimkat kitkat rom , my problem is whenever m trying to connect phone kies with laptop it is not detecting, my main problem is m not able to access usb through otg cable , whenever i connect my phone with otg cale it shows a icon of car stairing on top and goes in driving mode ........ So plzzz help me asap .

I'm new in the world of android rom and root!
I have a Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 (S6500XXLK2) and I want to root it to try to install a kitkat rom.
I followed many different methods to root it but none with success.
I'm starting to think that there is an hardware problem becuase I'm not able to connect the device to kies, neither to odin. If I use Kingo root it doesn't recognize it.
The strange thing is that if I connet it to my linux pc I can connect via usb and I am able to access the device as a memory storage.
Any ideas?

My sony xperia and samsung galaxy tab3 cannot detect it though my samsung s3 can detect the hotspot and connect to it easily.somehow the alcatel is choosy when it comes to connecting other devices to its wifi hotspot.pls help.thank you

Hello Xda . Im having Samsung galaxy grand i9082 and when I try to upgrade the phone to Lollipop 5.1 , the tutorial I used it required root access to flash the Custom rom , I try to root the phone and successfully rooted, from that time I kept my phone, I dont know wether its rooting touch my network problem, my network is showing like small redball inside network bar and the phone is showing black blank page and turn back, just like you open and close tv at the same time pls XDA help check this problem for me , :crying:
