his latest build (as of May 29) (2.5.25.3) is AWESOME pretty much everything works, including what he states does not work. that means cap lights work, data works, sms works, camera works fine (NO inverted colors), camcorder works, both sd cards work, so yeah im gonna use this as my dd for a while and see if there are any bugs

EDIT: i would not advise using this for your dd yet because phone force closes on incoming calls, but the dev has been great at quickly fixing all of these issues, so a fix will probably be along shortly... follow him on twitter for more updates...
also, if someone is still running this the dev would like a logcat of the incoming call force close, i would but i already nandroided

Are the issues still present when changing LCD density?

I wouldn't call it official until he says it is. There's discussion about it in my old thread from my old port. Until he posts his own thread mine is just being used for discussion.
As of last I heard, 2.5.25.3 crashes on incoming calls. Just a heads up if its your DD.

Yep, you can make calls, but incoming force closes. Check my old thread. I'm about to rename it and add his link in now.

me too... it hasnt since the first ics leak, so ive abandoned it for mybackup pro (link-- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rerware.android.MyBackupPro&feature=search_result) i think its pretty much just as good, plus it backups text messages and call logs

Yeah, this works properly, thanks.
EDIT: Whenever a link is clicked it redirects to www.codefirex.com, and it puts me on the "old" site, with all the spam.When I delete www from the beginning and it remains just codefirex.com, it loads up just fine with the new look and all.

Everything works lagfree, I am downloading Google Maps to try out now cause users have reported bugs with it in 4.2 builds around here, so I'm gonna test that too.
EDIT2:N̶o̶ ̶b̶u̶g̶s̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶G̶o̶o̶g̶l̶e̶ ̶M̶a̶p̶s̶ ̶e̶i̶t̶h̶e̶r̶.̶Perfectly smooth, although I'd change the launcher afterwards, but that's a personal preference.
EDIT3: Spoke too soon, the whole map twitches up and down when I'm moving on the map.It doesn't really matter for me as I don't use Google Maps but CoPilot, and that is working perfectly.It was reported on CM's bugtracker on how to fix it, but I just can't find the report on there now.Maybe tomorrow, it's already 4AM here.Thanks for yet another great ROM!

Actually it's happening on my S3 too, with the new version, the 6.x versions work just fine though.It's probably google's fault.

For some strange reason my home button doesnt respond at all on this rom
Edit: After changing recovery and wiping all again then flashing everything works sorry about that

when you reboot the device Google play store and Google search unfortunately stop working

We have theme chooser support, so I don't see a reason to disable dex pre-optimization. Is there a reason we should that I've missed? We have our own build variant that we set dex preoptimization in which is "codefirex" that we set defaults in. Just like userdebug or debug.
Re: Google app FC, could you describe how you're flashing the device, and what gapps package you're using? Is this a clean or dirty flash?
Edit: Dex preopt is there for performance reasons. Google didn't add dex preopt to slow the system down or make it harder to mod ,

i had in mind that it is a bit faster but harder to mod this way, but that kind of doesnt matter if you build from source. actually, now that i think about it from what i know, it shouldnt be harder to mod on sense either. e bit more tedious maybe... but im sure you know what you are doing

I would imagine it has those features, as CFX almost always has. On the description page it says it gives the user the ability to change to a vanilla AOSP experience with one setting, most likely CFX settings toggle. I may be wrong, as I've not been able to flash it quite yet.

I had to remove that...we don't have that merged in *quite* yet. This is a total project reboot...we did this for a number of reasons (one of which is performance). We're merging in settings quickly, but it is very minimal for now.

Oh ok, thanks. I am curious though, did you ditch the OpenMaster project, or were issues device specific? I'd always wondered if it was just the Ace that had OpenMaster issues.

Hi! I´m user of your greatfull EMUMI rom . Maybe this night I´ll give a try to this CMZero11, you can tell more about what can i find inside? (applications, possibilities...) One of the things i care about in a rom for the UMI ZERO it´s the sound (this device have an awfull quality of sound with the headphones at high levels of volume with any rom, your EMUMI seems to be the best equalizing the sound for the better experience with the device) Have you try this in the CMZero11? and a last question... Do you think this audio problem can be solved at all or its a sound chip problem? Thanks for all your hard work!! (and sorry for my bad english! im spanish, i think you can understand me better if i write in spanish than english the next time XD)

Strange, I run the test and I got 31412, without any freeze and reboot.

It seems that there is some problems during battery recharge. If you switch off the device and then plug it to the power supply, the screen will be on for all the recharging time and the animation doesn't work.
About engineer mode do I have to install the engineeringmode addons that I can find in emumi section?

This morning I give it another try and wiped the internal storage and everything works fine. Antutuscore is nearly the same AS yours

I tried to install your engineermod addons, but it seems that it is not possbile to install it.
It seems that the promixity sensor doesn't work and during the call the display is always dark.
Any suggestions?

Arcatarc, here are some bugs:
1. My device can't find gps at all.
2. Can't connect my Bluetooth vidonn x6 smart watch. In emui I hadn't any problems.
3. Spotify + Bluetooth Sony car audio lags as hell. That sucks the most.
The positive thing is that cm11 runs like butter

I can connect to wifi but I have a strange nvram-access point in my WiFi list.
And the biggest problem with that rom is that I can't play videos which I've recorded with this phone. The sound plays well but the picture is frozen in the first frame. Tried it already with mxplayer, quickpic player and the standard video player app.
BTW. Its the same in the YouTube app. I just can play videos up to 360p. 720p or 1080p doesn't work. The phone gets also really hot when playing videos. It seems hardware decoding doesn't work

Hello @arcatarc, I tried the rom and is very fast. But I have these bugs:
1.- The camera doesn't record.
2.- When I call someone and I want to do something the screen is in black and I must to press two times the power button to unlock the phone.
I call today and the problem was solved, it works well now.
3.- The phone doesn't charge when it's off, the animation doesn't appear. To charge it I must turn it on.
New 4.- The recorder doesn't work (apps like Shazam or the native recorder doesn't work).

, there aren't any bugs, the only one was the torch bug, which can be easily resolved, which I mentioned in the video
I am getting very low battery life in all of the ROMs nowdays, I am getting a SOT of around 2.5 hours, which is same as I was getting in all other roms

So: signal, mobile data, speakers, cameras, microphone, calls, sensors (ambient display), Bluetooth, location, DND, and home screen + notifications. (Maybe more vital areas) They all work fine?

Also, does cm 14.1 have dark mode (dark theme)? Cm 13 doesn't and i always thought cyanogenmod was supposed to include it? Maybe there's a setting that I've missed. I dont know. Any advice?

@ShadyUnicorn No cm14.1 doesn't have a dark mode. It was in the preview builds of stock android nougat, but it was excluded from the final build.

I'll be uploading the video of latest resurrection remix 5.8 ROM 20/12 build, so let me know if you guys want anything particular to be displayed or discussed in the video.

Update: Bad news: My youtube account was terminated suddenly. Unfortunately, I don't have backup of any videos, so I'll try to resolve the issue or create new videos for the ROMs of your choosing, so just let me know videos on which custom ROMs do you want.

If you have such a big experience with several ROMs, maybe you can help me: I'm looking for a 7.1 ROM in which there is an option to increase the height of the navigation bar (I have a probably faulty digitizer - the bottom part of the screen is unable to detect touches and thus, the navbar does not work at the moment, so I have to increase its height) - and of course, I would want one in which every feature of the phone works fine I'm considering AICP at the moment. What do you think?

Havoc 4.13 (11) on X526 -- VERY NICE!! -- smooth, fast, great battery -- only problem I've seen after two days is camera crashes but ProCam X works with the usual bad quality for this phone. Everything else is a big improvement from where I just came (lineage16).

I re-flashed and FP sensor started working.
This ROM is as good as Nusantara with an added advantage of lesser overnight battery drain.

just the tag OFFICIAL UNOFFICIAL
well... some roms can provide some features only for official builds , apart from OTA and automated building... also you can ask for support on the rom main chat on telegram for example.

There is a weird problem that i am facing for the last few weeks with this ROM.
When I receive a missed call, I get a 20 digit number instead of standard 10 digits.
First 10 digits belong to the caller and the last 10 digits are my own number (in call history).
This even happens with some numbers that are already saved on my phone.
However, when its ringing I get caller name for saved contacts. But if I miss the call, I get 20 digits.
Any solution to this.

There is a weird problem that i am facing for the last few weeks with this ROM.
When I receive a missed call, I get a 20 digit number instead of standard 10 digits.
First 10 digits belong to the caller and the last 10 digits are my own number (in call history).
This even happens with some numbers that are already saved on my phone.
However, when its ringing I get caller name for saved contacts. But if I miss the call, I get 20 digits.
Any solution to this.

try to install stock rom and then , go back to custom rom... some users got the issue fixed by this way

I am not able to use the 'Google Assistant'.
Voice Match does not enable at all. Does not allow enabling.
The message appears:
'Feature is not available on device'
Could anyone help resolve this.

This ROM is working really great. Fits my needs. Thank you very much for the continuing support.

And for me work fine this ROM ,on play store is certified phone.Thanks you very much for excellent work!!!

It's just not working with this ROM.
