I am planning to buy a new handset.I want to around 20k. So, i look forward to HTC desire 816 and Note 3 Neo.I am bit confused in buying one of them.Can someone suggest me which one is better and i should go for that.

Im looking for an "hackable" phone, actually there are problems with incredible s and desire s root privileges. Do you think will be unlocked soon?

I'm looking for a new mobile phone.
I have searched and the 2 phones I have in mind are
HTC Desire and the Samsung Glaxy S.
For the hardware I already have found benchmarks and there almost the same.
The other question is, how about tweaking (custom roms etc)
Witch one is the best for tweaks & hardware?
Both phones costs 344€ so I don't have to look at the price
I hope this threat will help me make my decision.

HTC One or the Xperia Z2
Samsung devices currently lack. You're better off purchasing an s4 if you want an s5 they're practically the same thing.
But IMO I would say go for the HTC One, you won't be disappointed.
