Hi, my friend have OPO with 38R version, he have very strange issue with his phone.
When he logging in to his GOOGLE account the vibration of his phone stops working! the only solution for him is to do factory reset! until the next time he logs in to google account.
He tried to install 33R version and MAHADI rom also, its happens in all this roms to.
Can someone please help me to help this guy to solve this problem?
Thanks.

You obviously don't have the same problem as Jentech because Jentech solved the problem especially if a hard reset did not solve the problem.
You will have to give more information (recently flashed a new ROM) - I am guessing that if you did recently flash a new ROM than that is your problem - Try reflashing it or try a different one (seeing as a hard reset did not solve the problem it is not a conflict of apps installed.) if you are on stock ROM still and the hard reset did not solve the problem - take it in for warranty repair or replacement (if you have warranty) Other than that I can't tell you.
You will have to give much more information if you want someone to be able to help you anyways.
Hi!
My microphone stopped working somewhere in the last days. I know it worked this weekend. I have not installed something weird, or updated my rom. I'm using cm12.1, tried updating to see if that helped but it didn't.
The only reason I could think of is that I was in a Hangouts call, and I had my microphone muted. And during this my phone died because of no more battery. And something happened in that shutdown process.
I would appreciate all help I could get!
EDIT: Solved! After a factory reset the microphone works again normally.
Thanks,
Yrlish

Do a factory reset or clean flash ROM - it should resolve the issue if it is a software issue.

Yes, of course! I'll try this later.
After a factory reset the microphone works normally again. Something must have happened when it shut down with the microphone muted.
I having this issue right now. Now using android Oreo. Any of you face this issue before? and how to fix it? Please help me
Not spontaneously - did you flash or install something new just before it happened? If not it may be a hardware issue...
if you did, undo it if you can.
I've been using Lineageos 14.1 (and Xposed) on my Nexus 5 for yesrs and am happy with it. But in the last week I've been having crashes, usually when waking the phone from sleep. When that happens I can sometimes just reboot but other times I was faced with repeated bootloops and I've had to go into twrp recovery and "reboot system" to get back to a working phone.
To resolve the crashes and boot loops the first few times this happened, I deleted the Davlic cache and cache. The problem persists.
I updated lineageos to the latest Jan 3, 2019 even though I don't think this has anything to do with linesgeos which has worked for years, but the crashes continue.
I just don't know "how" to troubleshoot this problem beyond what I tried. What should I do to find out what is causing the phone to crash?
Any troubleshooting suggestions appreciated.
To determine if it a software issue, I suggest flashing the latest stock Google ROM. If the crashes stop, you'll know it is a custom ROM issue.

Thank you for replying . I'll try that although the problems started without my having upgraded from the same rom I've used for a long time.
Would some kind of log help?
Thanks again.
A log would certainly help the developer.
