So eventually I managed to create a LiveSuite flashable ROM specifically for the Emgeton Consul 3.
Working:
Wifi
Rotation
Touchscreen
Camera
Hardware buttons
Included proper working CWM Recovery
Updated boot and splash screens

Based on zeusromjb_4.2.2_by_w4rd
Instructions:
Download and extract .img file from link below.
Flash with LiveSuite.

Installation
Install Stock 7.0 if you haven't done that yet
Install TWRP if you haven't done that yet
Boot to it
Backup NVRAM and NVDATA if you haven't done that yet
Install the ROM zip
Reboot (First boot shouldn't exceed 10 minutes).
Notes
If you wipe data after the installation, you will have to install the whole ROM again.
You can temporarily hide the navigation bar by going to “Settings” > “Display” > “Show Hide Navigation Bar“.
