So eventually I managed to create a LiveSuite flashable ROM specifically for the Emgeton Consul 3.
Working:
Wifi
Rotation
Touchscreen
Camera
Hardware buttons
Included proper working CWM Recovery
Updated boot and splash screens

Based on zeusromjb_4.2.2_by_w4rd
Instructions:

It's Very Smooth And The Most People Recommend AK Kernel With Hem
