hi
i bought a transformer last night
it has B50 serial number
it has 3.0.1 hc and i update two times with OTA and now it is on frimware 8.6.5.13
the problem is that i cant get into APX mode
i turn it off and press vol up+power same time but screen is blank
sorry for my language
It's supposed to be blank
Its supposed to be blank. If your in windows open device manager and see if its installed under USB or Portable Devices. Make sure you install the correct drivers for it. If you are running linux type "lsusb" into console to display connected usb devices. Also when using adb you can do "adb devices". It will show if your device is connected "properly"
thank you guys
FIXED
I need a little help my device is stuck in apx mode (blank screen with power led on) i have uid (cpuid) and sbk i have read a lot fom this forum and have all the tool to root, flash, load.. But my main problem is that when i reset my acer a500 and the usb is attached the windows 7 recognizes the driver and (sound pops up) and the driver (acer picasso usb boot recovery driver) is there but no tool e.g apxtool or fastflash or ics rooting nothing works or regocznies the device coz when i press any option or press the key to continue the drive drops and vanishes from the window usb list in device manager and i have to manually reset acer again to get the driver back but still no use as command prompt tells me that no device is attached or found. Please help as this acer is my wifes gift to me and im trying hard to get it back its totally dead
Hey all.
I'm real sorry if this is out there somewhere--which I'm sure it is.
I had no luck using the search feature.
My PC (win 8.1) will not recognize the phone when connected in fastboot mode. I have the drivers installed and will work/connect when powered on. In fastboot it DOES show that the USB is obviously connected but, again, PC doesn't pick it up or says there was a "problem" with this device....
I am trying to the the TWRP recovery installed.
In addition, why is it when stock "recovery" is selected is shows the android with the statement "no command" and does nothing?!
Thanks for any and all help and/or links
Hi guys. I come here in search for help as I already tried possibly all the methods and unbrick solutions that I saw to fix my Oneplus One. Basically when I turn it on it gets stuck on "1+ powered by android" screen. I can't go to Recovery Mode and I can only enter the Fastboot mode if I'm not connected to PC. It doesn't get recognized when I connect it to PC unless I press the "Vol. up + Power" button combination. After this, it gets recognized on windows' device manager as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" and the phone gets in a mode that doesn't show anything on the screen and apparently necessary to do what's described in this post. This was the last thing that I've tried after I tried several other solutions.
Thanks in advance to anyone who might help me. I love this phone and I hate just the thought of buying a new one.

I already intalled fastboot drivers and put the phone in fastboot mode. When I plug the phone to the PC it doesn't get recognized. Can you tell me how to install the fastboot drivers? Maybe I missed something.

Try using win7.
PS: did you launched the tool with administrator privileges?
I download the latest adb and fastboot drivers from Android Studio site under command line tools.
Here is a good Article on how to configure the drivers on your machine.https://www.xda-developers.com/adb-fastboot-any-directory-windows-linux/

Open device manager and verify whether or not it is loading the proper driver. The correct driver should be something like "Android Bootloader Interface". You may need to download and manually install the full set of drivers for your device manufacturer. After installing the driver's, you may need to manually select the bootloader interface driver.
