I don't know what it is but something keeps making files called: AT0000X-X. And the X is a ascending number (see screenshot). It keeps making them!

I have already deleted them but when I checked back 10 minutes later they came back.
Is there an app/program to see which app is making these files? Or does somebody knows what the problem is?
I'm running the latest CarbonROM on Nexus 5
Thanks in advance
ATT stands for attachment. Its the same attachment over and over again. The -x signifies it is a copy of the same file. If you download image.jpg then you download image.jpg again, it becomes image-1.jpg etc.
Since it is ATT, an e-mail client sounds most likely. I take it you've done a full reboot?

at monday this update .bat have worked
i have tried to upgrade to aku2.2 and works but then i receive this error again its occurs with other update.bat from other roms
Not sure if it makes any difference or not but I always disable my firewall and antivirus before reflashing a new rom........any help ?
it dosen't help but thanks anyway
i try it but without success
I've experienced this problem...
But I just can't remember how or why or how to fix!
A cursory search pulls up advice to put the folder with the .bat etc in c: as the file path may be too long...try it (doubt it will help). Also this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1504419&postcount=279
which refers to this:

...But I seem to remember doing none of that. Have you got process explorer on your pc?
My memory's terrible but I had the feeling it was fixed for me after rebooting my pc and killing Everything in process explorer
(except rapimgr, wcesmgr, wcescomm, and system critical processes I guess). Maybe I dreamt that solution tho, not sure
problem solved .... i download again all the .exe to the desktop and run it without problems thanks
First of all: I did not make this myself!
Found this a while ago for the DjDroid Android 2.2 Release packed together with WiFi-N Driver and some other stuff.
I just repacked this, so only the Circle-Battery is installed without the other stuff around.
All Credits to the developer (name not known)!
This should work on odexed and de-odexed ROM's afaik.
Of course, you see the amount of battery remaining in percent in the middle of the circle.
EDIT:
Sorry for the trouble at the moment. Seems like the Update forces you, to reenter the Mobile-Network APN Settings. I will try to fix this

Thanks for uploading this.
I just installed it though, and I appear to have now lost my HDSPA icon. Instead I get a picture of a phone with 5 bars underneath it?
Hi debug77,
would be helpful, if you could post a screenshot of this. Please let me know, what kind of ROM you got running, perhaps I can help you with another file fitting for your ROM

To install you need to be rooted, just copy mms.apk into system/app on root of phone, youll have to overwrite the original obviously, probably wise to make a copy if you want to go back. Once copied change permission to rw-r--r-- then reboot your phone and it will be changed with new smileys, apk is attached to post.
Nice, Screenshot in OP showing new smileys would be better
Edit- check post #4.
I have put a screenshot, can you not see it?

Hi,
I've got a really strange issue:
somehow my phone changed the date of my taken pictures and whatsapp pictures saved on the SDcard. I dont know why or how that happened.
See the picture below/attached.

What is the best way to correct the dates? It would take a lot of time to change every single picture since there are around 150 pictures to be changed individually.
Is this maybe a mistake of the media cache??
I found out that you have to modify the pictures on your phone with an app.
I tried to copy the files to my computer, correct them and copy back to te phone. But once you copy the files to your phone the last modified date changes to todays date.

yes, this is beacuse of the MTP protocol (Media transfer). This is really annoying! It is impossible to copy files from computer to the phone and keep the date as far as I know.
I tried updating my phone manually with a batch file, using the official retail g100 rom, but it wouldn't finish the installation and now my phone is bricked
I updated it several times before using this method but it never gave me any issues until now
is there another way to install the official rom without losing any data or is it better to just switch to a custom rom, and if so, how do I go about doing it?
I'd really appreciate if you guys could help me asap
Can you access fastboot/bootloader mode?
yes
Did you use an old batch file or create a new one for the updated firmware?
If you are using an old one, chuck it and make a new one from the recent firmware. Possibly theres an extra sparse image part in there, that the old batch file isnt flashing.
I tried with a batch file from the previous version and then I created a new batch file but it still didn't work

it stops right after writing the last 11th super sparsechunk
I managed to install the servicefile.xml
it turns out my adb sdk tools were out of date
