[Completed] [Q] Device modified.Software updates aint available. Rooted Grand Quattro?

I own a Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro GT-I8552. I rooted my phone. I went to check for software updates but it's telling that software updates ain't available cuz the device is modified. I unrooted the phone but still got this message. Please tell me how to fix this problem.

i want to customize the kernel with the backlight will not turn off the touch event , when the brightness value hit 0.01 , which the screen is fully dark and no backlight, but the touch still here .
i am quite lose , i dont know where to be edit ,

Thanks for the suggestion ,
i want to add the "touch wake" to the tablet ,
which the tablet will never fall into sleep mode ,
it keeps running, but showing a real dark screen,
when touch on it , the screen will be bright up again

[Completed] [Q] S3 Mini hardware issue

i have a samsung s3 mini nfc version, i have flashed it to carbon 4.4.4 to try to solve the issue, before flashing it i completely formatted the phone deleting system, recovery, everything.
The issue im having is it keeps randomly restarting its self and shutting down at any point whilst using any fuction of the phone, im now thinking its a hardware issue has anybody got a solution to this ?

[Completed] [Q] Development issue on galaxy gt5830i

Hi, i was trying to install stock ROM on galaxy gt5830i (ace) because it was bricked, and i accidentally installed the ROM of galaxy gt5570i, now im stuck i tried to go download mode using adb (since i cant use buttons its a different ROM) and could only go to recovery, now im stuck in recovery since there's no choice to press, volume up works as volume up and home button work as volume down, the volume down button doesn't work at all, and i cant make selection using either or using power button, im stuck in recovery and no option to use Odin, i literally bricked the phone, any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Flashing files not made for exact model of device can often lead to a brick unfortunately. Must always be careful and read read read before doing anything.
However, I would ask for opinions from members who own your device, here...

You may want to include as much detail as you can though... What you've done with your device... Is it rooted? Running a custom rom? What did you do just before this, if anything... Etc.
