Hi, I've been looking in the forums for awhile for a solution, but no luck.
The Problem. I cracked the screen on my Nexus 7 a few months ago and last week I bought a new LCD+digitizer assembly and installed it. After I got it all back together the screen has a big dead spot right in the middle and it will not track my finger without cutting out along the way.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Hi,
You have a dedicated forum for that device, so you must start ask/read there for more relevant answers:

I have a nexus 7 mounted on my dash for navigation music ect. It is connected to my moto g lte via mobile hotspot and my sony mex gs600bt via bluetooth. Sometimes i go through areas for hours at at time with no signal. What i would really like to be able to do is be able to play my mp3 files that are on my phone without transferring them to the nexus 7. I would like to use my phone like a wifi hard drive basically something that I wouldnt have to use a web browser or mess with setting every time i wanted to use it. It would be great if i could just choose a shared folder from my moto g while using poweramp or mort player. I have tried dozens of apps but none have really done what i want i am at my wits end any help would be appreciated
Hi,
Well, since you are asking about a scenario involving 2 devices, I suggest you ask in the Moto G section first...
> Moto G > Moto G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
If that yields no results in a couple days, maybe try the N7 section...
> Nexus 7 > Nexus 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck!

Thanks for the response but it would be the same scenario for any two android devices i would assume. I dont understand how posting my dilemma to an even smaller audience would help.

XDA Assist is here to provide navigation around the site, not support or discussion, so the above general section would probably be best if the issue is not directly related to either device. ?
Hello Guys..
i have Neken N6 and i really love this device , its with 2GB of RAM , and 32 GB of phone storage ,
i have been using this past 6 months without having any problem , but couple of weeks ago i just got a small crack over top left of the screen
only the screen's glass got cracked, everything is working perfectly (touch, screen, etc)
but i just want to change the screen's glass, its kinda annoying every time i look at the phone see that crack.
i looked around for parts for Neken N6 , but i didnt find any sources of buying parts for this phone.
Please anybody can introduce me where can i get the screen replacement for this phone ?
Thank you
Hi,
Unfortunately there's no info related to your issue that I can find on XDA. You'd need to ask for help here...
>Android Development and Hacking >Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck!
ok dear thank you,
can you please delete this thread from here? because i just opened a new thread over there, just to not become multiple threads with same discussions .. thank you
Don't worry, discussion doesn't take place here! ?
Thread closed. Thank you!
Hi there.
I have a Note 3 replica N9006, and when i try to talk on the phone the person on the other side can´t ear me correctly.
I'm looking for replacement part but i can´t figure the name of the part to correctly search and purchase, and if there is a part to purchase.
Hi,
You are referring to a Note 3 clone if I understand correctly? If so, asking for help here would be best,

Thank you. Thread closed.
Just bought note 4, had this problem when viewing photos. When flicking photos to one side sometimes they bounce back in opposite direction, either to same photo, or to the next one or two in the opposite direction. brought phone back and it was changed, same problem again. Downloaded Samsung update and installed, problem persisted. changed to another new phone with different supplier, and I still have the same problem.
Anyone else come across this? Any solutions??
Hi,
You can ask for help here in this dedicated help thread for your device,

You will need to register on XDA to post there.
Good luck!
Hi all,
I'm new to the forum but have been following XDA for a good while without being registered because most of the answers to my questions were found within other forum posts but I've not found an answer to this question;
I currently possess a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (GT-P5110) and the touch screen does not work. The LCD works perfectly but doesn't respond to touches. I ordered an 81 pin FPC connector to replace the old port directly on the main board but am not 100% sure on how to remove the old one. The reason for the replacement was that I noticed a few bent pins which I believe may be causing the problem.
Can someone point me in the right direction. I won't take it to a shop because I am looking at this as a learning curve so would prefer to do this from home.
What tools would be required to remove the old 81 pin FPC connector from the GT-P5110.
Any help would be much appreciated and thank you in advance.
Hi there
