Getting rid of Verizon text & widget from lockscreen - General Topics

I have searched everywhere trying to find how to remove the Verizon Wireless text And clock/weather widget from the lockscreen of HTC one m8.
Have read about using a lockscreen app but they all seem to show that the widget can be added, maybe replaced. I want a completely blank lockscreen. Is this possible?
If someone could point me in the right direction or directions I would be grateful.
Thanks,
Siouxsie

bobclockd3 on lockscreen?

I'm getting my rom all sorted out just the way i like it:
CM7.021
mattedblues
swype
launcherpro
beautiful widgets for weather
changed the Sprint banner
etc...
I finally found the clock I've been wanting, turned out to be the bobclockd3. Now I just have 2 questions I can't find answers to without paying for an app to do it.
1. How do I get it to replace the clock on my lockscreen with the bobclockd3?
2. How can I get my weather widget on my lockscreen?
You need widget locker. I know its 2$ but its worth it. U need that program to do everything ur trying to do. And its what others use when u see the lockscreen screenshots

Beautiful Widget Screen Clock With Battery Status

I'm hoping someone has the answer on this one.
I saw this on the preview screenshots of the app on the android market
I really want to know how on earth you get it to be like that so the battery indicator is on the screen clock for beautiful widgets. I have had a good root around all the settings but no success so far.
Anyone got a clue what to do?
Open the settings and on the general tab right at the bottom of the screen is a selection box, you can choose either the weather icon or a battery icon then slide the preview picture to position it where you want.

You may be able to get some expert dev to help you if you donate to him, but even that's a little hard to expect. The main problem with the htc widgets is they are a part of the launcher itself, rather than a separate function any app can call on. Therefore using the htc widgets outside the default launcher is not really possible. If you use Supreme Sense, there is a lockscreen theme that brings up a pretty cool looking analog clock, but that's about as close as you're gonna get. Sorry.

[Q] Any way to remove the default lock screen widget?

I have gone into security settings and enabled lock screen widgets. This allows me to add DashClock widget to the lockscreen, however, I am unable to remove the default weather/clock widget from the lock screen. "Remove" is greyed out and the only option when you grab it is to "edit" it. DashClock works fine and I can remove it like normal.
This wouldn't be too big of a deal but it won't let me move the default to a different screen, its locked to page one so to get to DashClock I have to swipe.. Well, if I have to swipe its pretty pointless to have lockscreen widgets, I can just swipe to unlock the phone and have my widget on my homescreen.
I was able to take some screenshots to demonstrate what I'm talking about - I'm "new" so I can't post the link but try this: imgur.com/a/oCfVt
I was unable to find a way myself. I've been using this lock screen app instead https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.slidelock
Really nice. Lots off features.

Has anyone found a solution to this?
Only way to do is ..
The only way to hide/disable the stock HTC weather/clock widget is if you have rooted devices with installed Xposed Framework. There is a module called "Sense 6 Lockscreen Modes" where you have an option to remove/hide the widget, in that way being able to have any other widget on your main lockscreen !
I researched about this a lot, and the most covenantway to disable/hide the widget was to apply this module, plus you can have it back any time you want, just by disabling that module!
