I am looking for help to point me in the right direction. I have looked at almost every contact/speed dial widget there is! What I would like to know is if it is possible to mod the HTC People Widget to change to background colors? I like the interface of the widget but would like to change the colors!!!

Ok guys, I got a question.
I got an HTC Desire HD and I'm using Launcher Pro Plus. But I really want the original HTC sense flip clock on my homescreen. The one that starts flipping when you unlock your phone or when time changes..

Use Fancy Widget from the market
Or search for Fancy Widget 1.3.0, which contains the HTC flipclock theme.
Fancy Widget (the original version) looks a lot like the HTC Sense Flip Clock, with one major distinction: the clock doesn't flip. To me, that's the whole point of having a flip clock...to enjoy the flip animation.
as far as i know in the market there is no flip clock that actually flips. a shame though.
so you set there and stare at your screen to watch it flip? why not get weather donate its go a flip clock you can theme

Check out Weather & Toggle Widget on the Market, I use it and really like it, especially because of the skins.
Hey everyone....I was just generally browsing my Desire and on one of the home screens I have the large contact/people widget showing all my contacts with pics and names for quick access but I noticed on 2 of my contacts on the bottom right of there profile picture it shows a little icon that looks like a postcard...anyone know what it means?
Oh and one contact has a little phone icon in the same place....just strange how the others don't.

I know... Of course there are tons of clock widgets out there, but none that quite match the design of CircleBattery.
Same goes for reception signal widgets by the way: none that match CircleBattery. I might just go out and make one myself....

I use and really like Weather & Toggle Widgets. Lots of skins to choose from.
In the search menu type "Hero style clocks" , if not here check it in other forums or, wait for me to write 8 posts
dude there is a clock widget in the markest(sexiest i hv came across)...its got a animated f*****g sexy second hand...and its animation can also be turned off...and dere are plenty of awesome style packs also...you can search for animated clock or animated second in the market....uummm and author name is..."dns project"....best round clock widget with animated second hand and packs......try it....
Is it possible to mod the stock 2x2 HTC weather widget to have full screen animations like the flip clock/weather combo and have a clear background? I've been searching around on XDA and google, but haven't found anything.

The new HTC weather text is almost unreadable (white font on white clouds).

I use HyperDroid-CM7-v3.0-Insightful_Impala-magldr as Android Version in my Rom. After flashing ist, I thought, it might be easy to find my old HTC Clock.
Big mistake.
I used the double analog clock for two my local and one world clock. Aswell as weather status on 5-6 places on earth.
And I wanted the analog weel double clock.
Nowhere to find. Can anyone help me? I only found this:

Not sure if this has the same layout. At least the nice Calendar and Mail and Calculator Design is the old one.

Cm7 is based off of aosp. Your clock is part of htcs sense which cannot be pulled and placed on another rom. Your best bet is to use beautiful widgets or fancy widgets although neither include analog clocks. Maybe try searching the market for an analog clock widget.
