Here and working links for that thread can be found here.
As the latest radio isn't included you have to download it from here. This one should be the best, but you'll have to try out.

Thanks,but that's for s4 version..i have s3 processor version...i0m searching but cant find anything :/

ooops, sorry. Seems like you'll have to flash this firmware...
If I remember right, that whole misery is due to the fact that SCID and s-off were nearly impossible for this device. Sorry mate, I'd really like to help you, but can't.

Radio 1.35
Hi there,
could it be possible that someone could upload the radio 1.35 ?
The link that is always given seems to not work (slow download and then it stops before finishing).
EDIT : I managed to download the file !

Help: Radio Update 4.1.13.54 03.10.90

Hi Guys,
Sorry to ask but seeing that the FTP is down for the moment, I am left with no option
Can anyone please help me with the Radio Rom 4.1.13.54 03.10.90 that was on the FTP server?
I really need the update very urgently.. My Girlfriends Vox is dropping network like crazy and hers seem to come from the Jurassic era. 4.1.13.37 02.83.90
Thanks
I have it on my machine at home, I can upload it for you tomorrow if nobody else does before that. Earliest I can do is tomorrow, sorry.
Thanx man. anything will help at this stage...
You need space somewhere? or cant you just mail it to me?
Hey friends.... What is the latest version of Radio and RIL for HTC 710? Can any one upload somewhere or give link please?

Really sorry it took me this long to get it up, been very busy working. You can find the radio version you requested in a self-extracting 7z within the zip attached.
Hope it helps.

Hey friend,
Just downloading the Radio and will update now... But in the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=2025573&posted=1#post2025573 you said:
"You can update RADIO without flashing a new ROM. You don't even need to flash USPL. Just run the FLASH/RUU with the RADIO NBH in the same directory and it will update. I have found 4.1.13.47_02.98.90 to be the best." So do you have the 4.1.13.47_ version or the 4.1.13.54_ that you uploaded is good one?

I have both if you would like. The one I just uploaded is the newest publicly available from HTC.

Hi!
I have Dr. Gonzo's WM6.1 ROM but the radio version is still 4.1.13.41_02.88.90 with RIL Version 2.002
Since you've upgraded to 4.13.54_03.10.90, could you please suggest if it is worth upgrading, or is the earlier one good enough. And did you have any problems upgrading just the radio later on??
Thanks.
@techno-freak
I would suggest you to stick to your current radio.
I found it to be better than the new one.
better signal strength at weak locations and very less dropped calls.
Thanks prajith!
I'll stick to this one then.

Did you follow all directions, including Hard SPL first?
Check the Wiki for answers to this error. And use Firefox to post so it will correct all your punctuation and grammatical errors.

for your sake i sure hope you flashed hardspl onto your tilt before deciding to flash a rom .. If you did make sure you read the information relevant to your phone and the procedure you were atempting than you are not in too much trouble. All you probably need to do is make sure your phone is synced to the pc and give the flash another shot.
If however you were feeling lazy and didn't bother reading any of the instructions and just flashed the rom after downloading it off of the thread than my friend you are royally screwed. I don't know what to tell you to do next if you didn't flash hardspl first as i don't know (nor hope to) the consequences for not doing that. You need to get in touch with the senior members (be nice in your request) like gsleon3 and see if they can help you solve your issue.
good luck
Yes i got it. Thanks guys. Actually i didn't do the hardspl. Now one last question- Which is best ROM by Dutty? and what is the difference between a cube and a non cube version?
Thanks again for supporting me.

best rom is a matter of opinion, try a few see what you like, personally i don't like dutty's roms, i prefer a fully loaded multimedia gaming rom like movile vista 1.3, and as far as your CUBE question search

Please clear this thing....i can't understand.
Please, oh please....don't do another thing to that phone until you have read GWENI. People here have broken a lot of devices and compiled an unbelievable amount of information so that newcomers won't have to make the same destructive mistakes or ask the same old tired questions. It is oh so very frustrating to contribute this work just so somebody can drop in and deftly avoid all of these attempts at shoving information into them. Everybody is being very nice and calm while doing what we call spoonfeeding you. Show that you respect and appreciate the patience by using the resources that the members here have worked so diligently on providing. Trust me, it is time well spent and will keep you from making one of the many mistakes out there that will render your device the most expensive paperweight you own.
Remember, we have forums, threads, Wikis, and stickies. The purpose of all of these is to share our knowledge. Do not walk through this forest blindfolded or you'll find yourself sitting on your backside picking bark out of your teeth.

There is no such thing of FM or AM radios in this PDA phone...
That radio is a ROM extension that manages the cellular/wifi/bluetooth radio frequency emissions and audio.

However others have brought up a good point, if you mean FM radio. You won't find one either. It doesn't work.

This is for the old radio (3.22) as stated in the OP post title.
I think all CM kernels are for old radio.

Radio's and HBOOT - Whats the point?

Hi All,
playing with custom ROM's and flashing and learning it all slowly.
See plenty of posts about different Radio versions and HBOOT's but cant really see anything explaining the point of them?
What would I gain by changing my radio version or hboot version?
Thanks
Hboot or more over "Bootloader".
http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/Glossary#Bootloader
Radio.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/Glossary#Radio
Upgrading your radio may improve your mobiles signal, WiFi, and Bluetooth. Simply, your phone may be able to hold a more stable connection to towers by contacting them more often, WiFi may not drain as much power when in use, while also having a stronger reception. Each radio just contains minor improvements that the engineers at HTC have been able to tweak to ensure your device performs more efficiently.
Just upgraded my Radio to the latest version after reading that.
Doesn't sound like I'd gain much from a bootloader upgrade so not going to bother with that one
Cheers!

Good call, it's worth knowing that even though radio upgrades can be benefitical to signal reception and battery life (of cause they could also have exactly the opposite effect) if they go wrong they can brick your device!
So it's always worth checking the m5dsum for any files that you download once they're on your device just before you flash them to ensure that no file corruption has occurred during file transfers.
It's not worth upgrading HBOOT to the 2.xx.xxxx until the current customs ROMS are written to take specific advantage of it.

OFF TOPIC
I have been thinking about this for awhile, I've got to do some research but I'm not sure but I've got a feeling the newer hboot may be sort of bonus for the more recent radios, I won't explain why because all the thoughts I have are hypothetical, but it has to do with the phone communicating to the radio. As I was actually able to "lock" my radio through a ROM the other night, which resulted in a lot of thinking on a solution to the problem ;-).
Problem was solved in the end, but I doubt anyone else will ever come across this problem.

Download a md5 checker or go into 4ext recovery, select option for md5 generator or something like that
First off, think how to help yourself google is our friend.
most free file manager apps (astro etc) on your device should show the m5dsum of files on the device under properties

chill dude .. it's just that i m new to all this .. & since most of the ROM thread's don't allow posting for users with less than 10 posts ... these are the threads where i can clarify lil doubts I have , especially from lots of senior members here!
If google is the answer to all solutions , the OP could have also searched the same thing on google / xda-forums ...

The Op created a thread for a specific question that was answered by several people including me.
You high jacked the thread and asked off topic questions which I also answered to a point, where I felt that google search would assist you. I also provided you with answer to your final question so really no need for the chill line.
If you have any question no matter how trivial or small don't worry about opening a new thread in the Q/A section of this forum add that is what it is designed for, you then have every right to go in any direction and ask any Queston you need.

You don't need to upgrade for all ICS ROMS, I'm currently using RCMix and didn't need to update anything, might be worth checking it out first if you're not confident in flashing new firmware.

Like has already been pointed out, the Model Id error is because you need to Super CID your phone. Look in the guide sticky thread in the Sensation development forum.
