thank you ,and i told you before my phone it's S6102 JPMA3 and when i install rom Glass_XeLaa_deodex [email protected] he change to DDLG1

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. I can't find anything on XDA discussing this issue and very little else on your device. It could be that your device manufacturer does not provide OTA updates and has disabled this function.
You could also try asking your question here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help

The many Dropbox pictures you attempted to include do not appear to be publicly available, but even if they were it would be extremely difficult for anyone to identify a device in that manner. Whatever information appears in your device's "About this phone" or similar menu entry or even a model number would be much more useful. Its possible you dont have a reply button yet because you do not have permissions yet in the development forums.

So for bugreports/questions etc use "Reply/Quote"
For reporting violations of xda rules use "Report"

Hi,
I need a stock ROM or any custom ROM that works for this phone : Yezz Andy AZ4.5
The phone can be flashed but i was unable to find a working ROM for it.
I tried to get the current file before flashing it, but nothing was accessible. Nothing except SP Flash Tool was able to access the phone.
It's an MT6572 chipset. I've flashed it with a similar ROM, when holding the home button, the phone vibrate, but the screen doesn't turn on, so i can't tell if it really boots or not.
Probably, nobody has access to this phone, but this is mostly my last chance to restore it.

Phone boots into black screen, restart menu is the only UI that will display.
Recovery is accessible, factory reset does nothing.
Can't figure out how to fix this thing and all the other thread links are basically dead...
I have a second working copy of the device that I can work with if it makes a difference.
Even pointing me in the right direction at this point would be better than nothing...
Mobile Upgrade S hasn't been detecting the device, but it may be because I'm on windows 10, I'll try older version...
I'll keep searching but if anyone can save me some frustration I would really appreciate it.
