Hello guys I have a Startrail III with 4.0.4 android verision. I'am searching to update it but whene I go to: Setting > About Phone I can't find System Update

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. I can't find anything on XDA discussing this issue and very little else on your device. It could be that your device manufacturer does not provide OTA updates and has disabled this function.
You could also try asking your question here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help

The many Dropbox pictures you attempted to include do not appear to be publicly available, but even if they were it would be extremely difficult for anyone to identify a device in that manner. Whatever information appears in your device's "About this phone" or similar menu entry or even a model number would be much more useful. You used the "report" button:
Its possible you dont have a reply button yet because you do not have permissions yet in the development forums.
Thats because of this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/newmember.php
So for bugreports/questions etc use "Reply/Quote"
For reporting violations of xda rules use "Report"

i can flash the phone via odin to fix the issue but im afraid of loosing IMEI
So, is there a possibility to lose IMEI while flashing?
