Need Help - noob tech

hey guys
i want some answers for following questions
1.How to overclock my nexus S and which is stable one?
2.Which is best rom ( i want performance i dont care about UI bcz i will use golauncher so i dont have any problem on UI)
3.If i want can i go back to default rom if i want stock android rom? and also can i make it get warrenty back?
4.How to install custom rom ( step by step for noobs)
5.Tricks and tips related to android
i dont know anything related to custom rom ,flashing , overclocking , kernel etc plz help

Why don't you go over to the FAQ thread? Lot of your questions are answered there.
You say you are a "noob". Then get yourself educated! The information is around, you need just to read it. Even the step by step guides are there. If you are too lazy to even read the stuff that is directly under your nose, then maybe you should get a standard low cost feature phone instead.
Of course you could also get the xda premium membership, where for only 5000$ a month you will get a personal 24/7 support team of experienced professionals taking care of your every wish.

People might help you if you ask nicely and show that you did your homework. They might even do so happily. For your questions:
1. This question is asked about once a week. There are answers.
2. This question is asked about twice a week. There are answers.

i had read lots of thread and searched google lyk hell from 2-3 days i dint get perfect answers for what i wanted thats y i asked here ;(

Most of these questions can be found in the Nexus S forum. It also helps to give details on yer Nexus model and yer carrier when asking for help. Some tweaks only work on certain models. The infamous signal question, well maybe you have a model that allows you to hack it. I don't so I'm still looking. Have fun, and remember to say Please and Thank You. That helps alot when your trying to get help .

well, without further ado, I NEED help, I actually NEED a kind soul to do me a SUPER HYPER MEGA please, I have a samsung galaxy pocket plus GT-S5303B and wanted one VERY Xperia rom him. I've tried such a XperiaXtreme v3 but it is for another device and eventually stop working my WI-FI.
I ask PLEASE someone tries to make a ROM for the GT-S5303B with android 4.4, not have to be a similar ROM with android Xperia, but has android 4.4, if you make me so I'll thank INFINITELY FOREVER UNTIL THE END TIMES, now count on their charitable souls and their intelligence with qi 500, and please do not laugh in my face (kkkk) presciso much of this rom, and I do not have ANY experience to do, I hope someone listen to me and do SUPER MEGA HYPER this favor to me. up more: D

Unortunately I can not find any roms for your device on XDA. Building roms is very time consuming so unless you find someone with the same device who has built a rom and is willing to share it is going to be difficult. [Completed] [Q] Wanting to upgrade but I am a total android newbie

Hello, Ron here.
I have a Cricket Galaxy S4 (i337z)
I am wanting to upgrade to a new OS (right?) other than the one that came with my Cricket phone. (4.4.2 kit kat ?)
I would like to see what Lolipop is like and if possible with out rooting.
I saw some threads about just that but it was for AT&T.
Since AT&T and Cricket are the same now (I think) would that be the same.
I also am not sure what would be better operating system than the 4.4.2 that is OEM on my phone.
I don't know if I want to root or keep it stock.
All I have read just gets me more confused .
From what I have seen the difference between kitkat and lolipop is like Windows 7 and Windows 8 and I absolutely hate Windows 8 . (worst os ever)
Which threads show in depth with step by step by step ( yes I am totally phone IT challenged) how to do this and what are the risks in doing so.
What are the bells and whistles available that are worth it for the upgrade.
Please use layman's terms and no acronyms because I probably would not understand what you are trying to tell my newbie brain.
I am really wanting to learn how to do this stuff and I figure you guys are the ones to point me in the right direction.

Thanks I'll give it some research before I install anything I'm having problems in the md5 matching that's main reason that I'm so hesitant on installing a new ROM as this in my first time doing it

XDA forum is not your back yard where you can "command" and then whine about not getting the answer quickly. Be thankful that we have XDA assist to help lazy people like yourself to make your phones "cool".
If you thought for one second that we are here to provide you customer service, you are gravely and sadly mistaken.
I am going to excuse your tone with our support team this one time.
Please use the search function and find answers for yourself, and if you do not find an answer, the only reason would be that you did not search hard enough!!
