Thanks for flashing. Yes TB works for me. We need to use TB for many system related information while developement, so it is very obvious to install this app for any developer.
Its still a stock rom and if it worked on stock rom for you, it should work in this too.
What error you are getting? More details can help to know your issue better. By the way I dont have huge apps like games to restore. Tried only on small apps.

My old file on Hardware FIX for Loudest Loudspeakers.
***Set values for all levels. I have set it and it works perfect on Auxus Note. Dont set over values. If sound cracks try lowering little bit.

I've rooted can copy paste system files.
I have fixed sd card for kitkat.
Any solution for fully functioning titanmium backup.

Try changing storage to Internal Memory from Setting > Storage . Reboot and try again. Also try copying TB data files from External SD to internal. Not sure but may help. There should be some way there only.
Yes there is problem in Stock Rom Memory Mounting, which shows error in EX Explorer while copying files from system root to Internal Memory. Properly copies file in External SD from root. Will keep checking this section and if I find some solution will tell you.

Headset for handsfree
Thank you Mahendra, this really helped. I just have one issue. The headset which came along with the phone when used to make and receive calls, it's volume is way too loud even at the minimal setting. However, when listening to radio and music, the volume is alright.
Which option should I use to decrease the in call volume whilst using headset?

What is the privacy protection passcode on first reboot?

For GOD's sake do not quote whole first post. Your question does not need to quote anything. Please read and learn about some basics of xda.
Its some kind of app firewall added by iBerry Auxus. You can enable and control each app to access use of data and internet. Or disable and allow use of data and internet like any other Android phone. Great feature to block access to apps but no one uses it.

1) First thing. Never quote whole post in your comment unnecessarily. Only type your question. If possible delete it. Will be glad to help you further in that case.
2) Second. Search xda for rooting and installing TWRP (not CWM) on Auxus Note. I have make many threads on it.

Point noted and thanks for pointers
Does 2.0 image link flash P7 baseband also ? zip only contains system and boot images, no modem images available.

[ROM][Updated 20/01/11] Higgsy Modded 2.2 ROM - Minimal Moto/Chinese

As I've said before "I ain't No Dev" but like to mod ROM's etc in my own way, A few people had asked me if I would put my 2.2 modded Froyo ROM out there so I am going to.
Please read all of the OP - Coz to be fair I haven't written it for the sake of it!!
Aim: TO provide a fully working, deodexed ROM from the Chinese release, with little or no Chinese and minimal Blur, google apps included. Released as a blank canvas so users can customize to their taste.
This is a the 2.2 Chinese Froyo ROM, Mostly all Chinese has been removed so you won't see any in day to day use. I can only find Chinese in the disclaimers of some (maybe one) stock apps, it is deodexed by me.
So all the Chinese apps are removed and a great deal of "motobloat" including all the social networking stuff etc etc. I have left the stuff i like in there, for example I like the blue dialler/contacts/email app.
I have put this out as a blank canvas, It has launcherpro as the default launcher, because it is my favourite launcher, you can remove this and the blur launcher is still there if you want it, when you boot the homescreens will be blank ready for your own customisations.
It also contains the follow essential apps installed to system/app:
Titanium Backup
Tenfars Defy Recovery
Milestone Overclock
This are truely great apps and suggest you donate to the authors if you think so too!
This is overclocked as standard to my preferred cpu scaling mhz/vsel using My Set Scaling script . The reason for this is that at the moment setvsel is force closing on me.
Scaling is as follows:
900/46
600/36
300/26
Download the file here:
Higgsys_Modded_2.2CN
So installing:
Extract the Higgsy_Modded_2.2CN folder from the zip file you downloaded. Place on your SD card in the goapkrev/backup/ folder (along with your previous backups)
From 2.21/2.34 Eclair based ROMsm + 2.2 Chinese Froyo PROVIDING YOU NEVER FLASHED 2.51 ECLAIR:NEW Process 19/01/10
I have spent the most of today trying to trackdown this Flash bug and while can't pin it down (like looking for a needle in a haystack.) I have found a method that works to get it back for me. Its seems it is all in the method... Now as is says in the title I don't think this will work for people that have been on 2.51 Eclair ROM in the past, try the other method.
1)power phone down
2)press Power +vol Down, then when the warning triangle comes up press bottom right of the screen to get into stock recovery.
3)clear data/cache
4)Select the reboot option in recovery while holding vol up, to get into bootloader
5)Flash the 2.34 No Blur Eclair .sbf Get 2.34 Here Guide Here
6)Once flashed, root via z4root and install clockworkmod
7)boot into clockwork mod and install Higgsy_Modded_2.2CNGet 2.2 Chinese .sbf here
8)Once installed reboot now - it will fail and stick at the moto screen - pull the battery
9)Hold power+vol up to get back into bootloader
10) flash the 2.2 Chinese .sbf Get 2.2 Chinese .sbf here Guide Here
11)Once Flashed reboot
12)Once rebooted root using the superoneclick method then reboot
13)install recovery then reboot
14)Go into backup/restore and choose advanced, then choose the Higgsy_Modded_2.2CN folder, then choose to install the system only.
15)once completed reboot
16) test Camera.
Coming from 2.51 Eclair ROM:
I really don't know but it seems 2.51 breaks things such as the camera/flash. It's going to be hard to support people coming from this, as I never had the rom and I'm not going to install it due to all the issues it causes. EDIT: Morphin kindly posted the method that he used:
1) Clear data/cache with normal recovery
2) restore original 2.51 sbf from motorola
3) root with superoneclickFor2.1
4) install nandroid recovery
5) clear data/cache with nandroid recovery
6) install Higgsy backup with nandroid recovery
7) install Flash light fix alternative
8) wipe darvick-cache and permission fix
9) remove battery, boot into bootloader
10) install boot_only sbf
11) shutdown, reboot into bootloader
12) install camera fix sbf
13) optinal install Ginger Theme http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=10729253&postcount=489
14) install itfundbaseband.apk
15) reboot
Thanks go to:
Sorensiim for the hosting

The Vendors of the few apps already mentioned above
I can confirm that everything works for me including camera/flash/compass. Please follow the steps I have given for install, if you are having a problem after or with install, I need to know exactly the process you've followed to install.
UK Users (Possibly other countries?) if you want to get rid of the hyphen's in the dialler e.g. 555-555-555-555 install "Morelocale 2" from the market (free). Set custom locale to UK and gets rid of it.
Most of all enjoy and I hope that some of you guys will make use of this!

Apps I think are well worth installing - some paid some not (I'm not affiliated to the vendors in anyway, but they are my favourites:
Widgetsoid 2(Free)
Launcherpro Plus (Paid) - Upgrade Launcher Pro for widget etc
Widget Locker (Paid) - best locker app
Titanium Backup Pro (Paid)- The paid version is excellent and saves alot of time
Beautiful Widgets (Paid) Nice Clock/Weather Widget.

Patches/Updates:
20/01/11 - Fix so that protected apps show in market. Flash zip via clockworkmod. Test by searching for the official Paypal app. Also an extra little tweak thrown in for good measure!

All files are as per the Chinese ROM, I haven't hacked in any other apps. The contacts app does have the 3 screens, however the third (status updates) will never show anything as the apps that feed it have been removed, it will always say "no recent status updates".

Yeah it was a good victory for sure my mate! Was buzzing about that!
Now 2.51 is a bit of a grey area - I never flashed it you see. Due to the fact you can't flash the .sbf. I think it may possible as per other methods by restoring the back up then flashing the 2.2 boot only. I'll have a looks around tomorrow and see if I add the method. Really I can only guarantee this fully working by people flashing the Chinese 2.2 sbf first. It seemed people flashing that 2.51 introduced bugs.
Good work Higgsy. Thanks again. Please get down to porting 2.3 now

just tried this coming from 2.51 and its very impressive, feels lightning fast.
only problem is that the camera + flash doesn't work although thats just a 2.51 problem id imagine.

have you flashed 2.51 in the past as that breaks things. If not and you went from 2.21/2.34 flashed the 2.2 chinese .sbf, and you follow my guidelines on how to flash e.g. wiping, then I see no reason why it wouldn't as it works on mine.

very nice job you've done higgsy.. one question before I jump to this rom, I'm currently using 2.34 no blur rom..
if the 2.51 rom is not downgradeable.. would this 2.2 chinesse rom can be downgradeable to the 2.34 again? just in case...
I'm running 2.1-update1 stock ROM. Can I update to this ROM?

One of the biggest points about 2.2 was the update of the Dalvik compiler. Froyo always has JIT enabled.

[Q] Unninstalled some system aplications by accident in Android

Hello, i have rooted my Samsung Galaxy Ace (S5830) mainly with the purpose of removing the tons of bloatware my operator so kindly put on my phone.
So yesterday downloaded Titanium backup, and did the backup and removed the following applications:
Code:
- All posts 1.0
- All Share 1.1.0
- Apoio a Cliente 1.0 (Custumer support)
- Google Talk 1.3
- Music Shop 5.0.15
- Social Hub 1.00.10.101
- Thinkfree Office 2.0.110222
The problem with unninstalling this was that a few system applications got unninstalled aswell, and even after recuperating all of the above programs with my backup they appear as uninstalled:
Code:
- com.android.audioTuning
- com.broadcom.bt.app
- com.sec.android.appGpsSetup2
- com.sec.android.app.samsungapps.una
- com.sec.app.OmaCP
- com.wipereceiver
- pl.com.samsung
My questions are as follow:
1) Is any of the files that got unninstalled accidentally important? And if so, how can i recuperate them.
2) How do i know exactly what i am unnisntaling in the future so i dont get any more surprises
Thank you in advance,
dpkPT
if any of your Frnds are using the same mobile with same os . First root that. Mobile and install titanium backup pro From black mart. And backup all the things you unfortunately deleted and send that backup files to your mobile via bluetooth and you also install that titanium backup pro . If you install titanium backup pro a folder will be created and move that files to that folder and install it . To solve this in future backup all the items using titanium backup pro
Sent from my GT-S5360 using xda app-developers app
i had thought of getting those files of some other phone. But the only friend that also has an Ace is a diferent model (s5839i wich uses andrid 2.3.6) than mine ( s5830 android 2.3.5). Will the files be compatible?
anyone?
I wouldn't install system files from a different version. You can hunt around and try to find a factory image for your model and use Odin to flash it. Then, start from scratch. Or, if there are any custom ROM's available for your phone, flash that and you won't have to worry about the system files. Rule of thumb for next time..if you don't know what it is, you probably shouldn't delete it!
In addition to that. One of the beauty things with Titanium Backup Pro is that you can "Freeze" apps to see if there is any detrimental effects by not having the run. If so, then you can "defrost" them. When in doubt, don't uninstall no matter how much you think it is bloat.
I am asking another RC to come in here that owns an Ace and see if he can help you. Could take a little time as he is on the other side of the world from me.

I thought uninstalling bloatware was the same as unninstalling a normal aplication. I didnt unninstall anything i didnt know what it was, it just happened that those processes got unninstaled togheder with the bloatware without me even noticing. It would be nice if titanium backup would tell me all that is being unninstaled, so i dont get another surprise like this. Example: " You are unninstalling Crap Bloatware v2.0. Be warned that along with this the following processes will be unninstalled aswell: com.importantsystemthing, com.sec.blabla. Are you sure you want to continue?"

Couldnt install titanium backup pro yet. Tells me my key is invalid.
Kinda learned my lesson. Leaving the rest of the bloatware in the phone. (Still get annoyed every time i look at it though ) Thanks! No prob with the time, so far i havent noticed any problem in my Ace from the lack of those processes.

1. It doesn't seem like your device is the ace. It must be the i version of the ace. Because i can see the com.broadcom.bt app in it. Broadcom hardware is present only in the 'i' variant.
2. Yes you have deleted some system apps like OmaPC server.
Now all what you can do is
1. Check the label below the battery for the correct version of your device.
2. I guess it will be the ace i. So download a stock firmware from sammobile.com
3. Flash it using odin. There are tons of guides the flashing process.
Just Google it.
Hope this helps. Incase you need more help and i fail to reply to this thread, pm me.

Description: This is a guide that will help you flash a 99% stock factory image for the official Jelly Bean leaks for Verizon Galaxy S III overwriting every partition on the device to stock. The ONLY major change I have made is for your convenience it keeps all your data/apps/settings and internal storage partition in tact. In addition to that I have also provided a small mod in the image that allows the following options below as optional flashes.
Flashing ClockworkMod or TWRP Recovery
Adding SuperSU (Rooting your ROM)
Unlocking your Bootloader
Minor Warning: Please note that if you had any special mods that you had to manually flash before or move on the system partition (like Google Wallet, AOSP 4.2 apps like camera and gallery, etc...) they will be lost as you are overwriting your system partition to factory stock. Please make sure to do the needful with your mods before following this guide (for example resetting the Google Wallet app).
Frequently Asked Questions
I have just received the Jelly Bean OTA and all I'm looking to do is root it. What do I do?
I have created a new thread for such a method. Please refer here: Link
Does this method trip the flash counter?
Yes and no. The only time your flash counter gets tripped is when you flash a custom kernel or recovery. Since the factory image in Step 1 contains the original kernel and recovery partitions, your flash counter should not be tripped. However, after flashing the custom recovery in Step 2, that will indeed increase the counter (no way to escape that since you are flashing a custom recovery).
Solution? Download the TriangleAway app from this thread or from the Play Store after you have completed Step 3 and reset the counter. That easy!
I get an "MD5 hash value is invalid" error when I load the ODIN file. What do I do?
This usually happens whenever your downloaded file is corrupt and has not transferred properly to your computer and your best bet is to try to redownload the file and try once again.
However, there are certain cases where you download the file multiple times and still get the error. In that case there is a small workaround. Firstly, you should see an MD5 that I have posted for each ODIN file in the downloads below. Download this MD5 Checker application to your computer and verify that the MD5 value I have listed for the accompanying download matches the file you have download. If it does not, redownload the file again until you get a match (not safe to flash it in ODIN until you do). However, if the MD5 does match and you still get the same error, all you have to do is rename the file and remove ".md5" from the end of the filename and it will flash. But take note, ONLY do that if the MD5 matches the one I have listed. Otherwise you are running the risk of flashing a corrupt image in ODIN and you can hard brick your device in some cases.
Do I need to flash kernel, radio, or RPM separately?
Not necessary at all. What makes my guide different from your everyday ROM is that these are complete factory images. What that means is that the image file contains every single updated partition for that build that you would need to bring your entire device to the latest build. Normally most ROMs that you flash in recovery only include System and sometimes Kernel partitions.
However, these ODIN images includes every single partition that exists on your device (kernel, radio, RPM, system, aboot, and over 15+ other hidden partitions you normally don't see or have access to). So upon flashing these images you do not have to flash any other partition as these will all automatically be upgraded after completing all three steps in my guide.
I'm coming from a completely stock device. Will this guide work for me too?
Absolutely! This guide was exactly intended with stock devices in mind. Flash with no worries and at the end of all three steps you will be on the latest Jelly Bean build, rooted, and with an unlocked bootloader.
I can't find Blocking Mode that was added to Jelly Bean on every other Galaxy S III. Where is it?
For some unknown reason Verizon decided to leave us out in the cold with Blocking Mode just as they didn't have the All-Share Cast option in ICS. They have done the same thing with the Galaxy Note II and recently a small workaround has been found to activate this feature. Please check this thread for details.
After flashing this image I no longer see the lockscreen notification bubbles for missed calls and text messages that I had in ICS. Where did they go?
For one reason or another Samsung and Verizon intended to remove the lockscreen missed notifications with the Jelly Bean upgrade so what you are seeing is normal. There is a small workaround to get them back but then you will have a small bug if you do that. For the workaround, if you use Root Explorer to look in "/system/csc" you should see a file named "customer.xml". Rename it to "customer.xml.bak" and this is brings back the lockscreen notification bubbles. However, upon doing that you will notice that this message will now never go away. The helper text for that specific notification will never go away because that notification is not supposed to exist in Jelly Bean so it doesn't know how to clear it properly after you've completed the action. The only thing you can do is by the disabling the "Help" app in your Application manager ("All" tab), which will stop showing all helper text. The workaround is reversible so the choice is up to you.
If I have <your build or ROM version here>, can I flash this image to get back to stock?
Absolutely. That is exactly what these factory images are intended for. They will reset your device to a complete build as official from Samsung and Verizon. Go right ahead.

Very nice, will have to give this a try.
I guess going back to the HE ROM would still work if you do a CWM Backup first?
One reason why I was reluctant to try I5 was having to reinstall all my apps and settings.
Does this also include the I5 radio baseband, or does that still have to be flashed separate? Some have reported the HE baseband is working better than the I5 one. Either way, it's easy to flash those zip.
Thank You
Just flashed it, and missing is any Camera or Gallery app, either the Samsung one or the (new) Android 4.2 one.

Please note that mods you have applied to the system partition will have to be reinstalled after flashing the image. Since Camera and Galley are both mods that affect the system partition and you manually flashed onto it, you will lose them normally. Wallet is another example as well so make sure to reset your Wallet app before flashing this image. But you should still see the original Camera and Gallery apps show up that are part of the stock firmware. Please double check that they are not hidden in your launcher or disabled (see the bottom of your Application Manager for disabled apps) from a previous mods perhaps you disabled them before flashing the 4.2 apps. I can personally confirm after multiple testing that Camera and Gallery are both included in this firmware.
I know this is going to be a stupid question... but is the stock (untouched) image not able to be rooted/unlocked? Only reason I ask is because I like having a factory image to flash that does wipe data so it acts as a "start fresh" approach. Thanks for this guide and the joined root/unlock. That's good stuff.

If you'd like to do a data wipe all you have to do after the image flashes is go into Settings > Back up and reset > Factory data reset. This does the same exact process. I highly don't recommend using the Original Untouched image or it is a much more complicated process to restore root and custom recovery after that. Hence this is why I created this modified image and this guide. The only reason I am linking to that image is for reference purposes only to any developers who want to explore and compare.
Thank you have been waiting for this.

When using the HE ROM, I only had the included Samsung Camera and Gallery app, I did not install the separate Android 4.2 app. So when I used ODIN to flash this I5 ROM, I noticed that the Camera and Gallery are not listed in the app drawer. I went into Settings/Applications, and they are still listed, but doesn't have an option to open them. Also went into Titanium Backup, to restore them from a backup of apps I did a few weeks ago. Even after restoring them, they still were not listed and could not be opened. I'm not sure why these two apps were having a problem, but after trying it for a day, I used CWM and restored my HE backup. Now the camera and gallery apps work again, as they should, but now I get a Visual Voicemail error each time the phone turns on. So I had to force stop that app from loading.

Darn, it seems like your all mixed up over there now. My recommendation ONLY in your case is start fresh using the below process:
Backup your internal SD Card contents to your computer
Save your HE backup in safe place on the computer as well
Flash the Original Untouched Data Wipe image ***REMEMBER THIS WILL WIPE EVERYTHING***
Ensure that everything is working fine upon reboot, setup your phone and make sure all apps are working (Camera, Gallery, etc...)
After that follow my guide from the start to the finish (flashing the No Data Wipe image first!)
Confirm you are rooted, unlocked bootloader, have custom recovery and everything is working
Use "Advanced Restore" in to restore only your "data" partition from your HE backup
If everything is good you can now restore your internal SD Card contents back to your device. Let me know what happens in each step.
I see some of my dropbox links are starting to be suspended due to the heavy traffic. I'd like ask if anyone would like to make some mirrors (especially the No Data Wipe image) please kindly PM me and I will add them to the OP.

I ended up using CWM and restoring one of the first HE backups that I did a few weeks ago, then tried the I5 (no wipe) install method again.
This time around, it did work, and the Samsung Camera and Gallery apps are there and working, as are all my apps.
The only thing I had to do extra was install the TW JB Google Wallet and 4.2 Keyboard after.

Excellent! Glad to hear you're up and running. :good: I had a feeling it was something in your latest data partition that was messing with it.

The only difference between the two HE backups is that there is a few weeks between them, which some app updates were installed through Google Play, the Google Wallet hack, and the Android 4.2 keyboard. So something in there had to cause the Samsung Camera/Gallery app not to work with the I5 (no wipe) ROM. But going to the older HE backup (which is before all those apps were updated) and without Wallet and Keyboard 4.2, then installing I5, the camera/gallery works.
By the way, I remember seeing last week a post (somewhere in here) that was just the I5 Kernel zip.
I did a search, but can't find it.
I want to try the KT747 Kernel, but would like the I5 Kernel to have as a flash backup.
Found the link, but looks like your DropBox is getting slammed

I've also been reading about an RPM file in some other threads, but Inc's link is dead. Is that something that should be installed?

It's included in the image since it's the complete factory package.
EDIT: However also attaching the tarball zip in case you want to mess around with it. Flash in ODIN as well.
By the way, I haven't seen anyone mention it yet but this image finally unlocks the promised "Global Roaming" capabilities that Verizon promised via OTA. You can now use AT&T/T-Mobile/Other GSM carrier microSIM cards and run on their network. AKA: phone is now technically unlocked.

After installing any rom please go to settings and enable USB Debugging. There are some root apps which require it to be enabled.
If you do not enable it then you will have it face Force Close in that Root apps.
Advice 2(CM10>GB):
If you are using CM10 and want to revert back to gingerbread rom then do not do it directly. Open the gingerbread rom and check whether it has boot.img inside it or not.
Follow the procedure given above Reverting back to ginger bread rom.
Advice 3(Maintenance):
Wipe Cache and Dalvik cache from time to time for removing junk from your phone. Also perform it after installing any Mod.
This will also help you to keep your phone Healthy and also fix some Force Close Issues.
Advice 4(Triangle Away):
Use Triangle Away & Binary Counter Reset At your own risk. Developer will not be responsible for any Damages caused to your device.
Advice 5(Nandroid):
Always Make a Nandroid Backup in CWM before doing anything like Flashing Rom, Flashing Mods, Playing With System Files,
Flashing Kernels etc. In case something goes wrong.
Advice 6(Be Prepared):
Always keep a CWM backup of your Rooted Stock Rom before flashing any Custom Rom.
Store your backup in some safe place. So that when JB update comes you can restore it before flashing Official Jelly Bean

Yes, the thread is at right place.
My question is, I have S7500T.
To flash custom ROMS I have been replacing the boot.img with my phones original and it works no problem..
I've tried flashing cyanogen mod but only get blank screen, I'm assuming the only way to get it working on the S7500T is if official update ever comes out and I once again use stock boot.img, or is there another way?

Please don't try Gingerbread boot.img in CM10. You will SUPER HARD BRICK your device. You will have to wait for Official Release and no other method is there for making it work. And CM10 requires CM10 kernel only.
Re: [IMP]FAQ's All ROMS, MODS
One question is, why isn't it possible to simply restore a nandroid GB backup over CM10? Why is it that only a zip should be flashed? Both nandroid backup and flashable zip have the GB kernel after all..
I tried to do that, but only got an error. Thankfully I had an inspiration ROM zip and I flashed it over CM10.
because its a change in android version and as i said
its better to flash stock rom again(once in 5 times) to prevent bricks or anyother issues blah blah...

We can restore Nandroid Backup of GB over CM10. I have done it more than 30 times.
I think you should use CWM Recovery 5.5.0.4 by MB-14 because it is best at least for me.

You Can Flash the Gingerbread Rom on S7500L Model because the Hardware is Same. You Just need to restore boot.img of your working stock rom after flashing custom rom. Don't know whether it will work because I don't Have L model

Nandroid backup first. then :
1. Yes, You will lose all data.
2. It would be better if you could do online backup of contacts & messages so that you can restore it in CM10.
3. Backup only your User apps with data and cache using Titanium Backup. Don't backup system apps

I don't know why that happened.
Try flashing any GB Rom and then try Restoring Backup.
If it doesn't work then flash Stock Rom & CWM again and then try restoring backup.

Is resetting the binary counter important.. ?? It causes any problems if not reset??
And.. is there any limit to flashing custom firmwares??

As per me it is important. It will not cause any problem.
Yes, there is limit for flashing custom firmwares. If you exceed the binary counter you may hard brick your device. Resetting Binary counter will solve this problem.

[DISCONTINUED] ROM Max Flavour for ZTE V967S v5

DISCONTINUED.
DISCLAIMER:
Rooting your phone and using custom Recoveries and ROMS have risks and may result in bricking your device, and has nothing to do with Google or the device manufacturers. In case of any mishap I am not responsible if you brick/ruin your phone in any way.
Basic computer skills are required and minimal knowledges about phones and phones utilities too.
Make sure that whatever you do, you are doing it at your own responsibility.
Max Flavour is an optimized ROM, prepared from 1.0.5 stock version.
Update 12.02.2014
- built again from scratch
- fast, smooth and stable
- multilingual (as all my ROMs)
- improved and optimized
- deodexed, zipaligned, init.d support
First boot will take a little bit more time because of the deodexed system, but be patient.
Update 24.11.2013 CHANGELOG
- added version Max Flavour Slim 4.2 with stock launcher replaced by Touchwiz launcher at your request.
=> This version has to be installed with a clean install.Update 16.11.2013 CHANGELOG
- fixed shutanimation loop and also bootanimation.
- hide big 3G/G network type icons from status bar.
- add email and browser alternative apps.
- cleaned up build.prop.
=> This version can be installed over the previous but clean cache and dalvik cache before install.Update 12.11.2013 CHANGELOG
- new implementation of the stock ROM base with translations from official Mediatek language folders. This version is more accurate, but not all languages are translated complete, so you have to accept that.
- various fixes: brightness and autobrightness, screen colors and depth, GPS (new fix), network, tethering, sounds, callerID matching, and some others.
- fixed computer connection as USB Mass storage in any windows (no ZTE drivers needed).
- optimizations for ram, kernel, cache.
- more speed and smoothness.
- some UI improvements, like autohide empty SIM symbol, wallpapers.
- for GPS all needed files are included.
- for adblocker, the hosts file is properly configurated.
Gapps are included in essential version. You can flash "Gapps to complete zip" to get full suite.
INSTALL INSTRUCTION:
To flash a new ROM properly, you need one of my recoveries (for these I'm sure they works).
1. Reboot to recovery.
2. Do a nandroid backup or backup in cwm.
3. mount USB Mass Storage and delete from sdcard these three directories:
.android_secure
Android
LOSTDIR
4. Copy ROM zip or zips on sdcard
5. Eject mass storage from computer and then unmount in recovery
6. wipe all/factory reset or pre-flash wipe in recovery
7. wipe or erase dalvik cache
8. flash zip from sdcard, choose ROM zip, flash it and reboot, or if you flash my ROM version 3.3, the phone will reboot itself.
That's all, this is the correct way to flash any new ROM in any phone thru recovery.
QUICK GPS FIX:
If you want to quick fix gps, do all steps from this post, without downloading MobileUncle - is already installed in ROM.
For extending data partition, please refer to this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=44321463&postcount=3

friend, is just an idea.Your custom Rom is wonderful, works fine, but could you make a clean rom ? there are applications that you install on your custom rom and I not use.
Best regards!

If is not a system app you can uninstall it from settings apps downloaded.
If is a system app, easy way is to use ESFileManager as root explorer and R/W Mounted all, access /system/app, select unwanted apk and corespondent odex and delete. After that reboot and done. But, gapps apps tends to FC if are not all installed (especially in JB), Facebook and tweeter won't work if they are not in system, and any other app I put there has a specific purpose. And you don't know how many people ask me for facebook, tweeter, g-plus, etc. I don't use any of these, and neither gapps, but I have to put in ROM what most of users want. Also, there is an app on playstore, Rom Customizer that let you uninstall system apps in a correct way, even they are odexed.

Try to exclude MobileUncle when you do old backup, or delete it first, because in new version I put a modded version of MobileUncle. I decompiled app to remove chinese gps fix, and replaced with european one.
Now, when you start MobileUncle, in Power gps menu if you initiate GPS set it will load european fix version.
And other thing you have to do, download the ROM again. Seems that yesterday links were corrupted somehow (during upload or in Drive, I don't know), MobileUncle and Ygps lost their permissions and even they are in ROM, don't start. I checked after someone pointed that to me, and I uploaded links again. Now they are ok.

No, it doesn't. It's a simple app with fewer option than stock camera, but I think it slightly increase photos quality. But I provided solution to restore stock camera.

You can change that if you install xposed framework of rovo89 and gravity box module of C3C076, but I modded specialy that with full charging animation, so it's no need to activate battery percentage from settings to see battery state. I changed correspondent xmls to provide full range. In stock version that covers only few stages, 0-15-28-43-57-71-85-100. I added suport for 0-1-2-3........-100 like in cyanogenmod.

Hi, wow very interesting!!! I have never used this before,(gravity box module / xposed framework)
That is the tool I was looking for, many thanks :good::good::good:
The rom is very smooth, and very faster loading his icons, now i gonna try to increase userdata partition.
1 question, on a system with 2.5 userdata when you flash a new normal rom do the userdata back to normal or stay the userdata on 2.5?

If the new ROM is a normal one your partition will remain 2.5 (check zip without unpacking and see if there is EBR1 and EBR2 inside - if you see these check ROM specifications, because these binaries are for extending data partition or for restore to normal). If inside ROM zip there isn't any EBR, you are safe, it's normal ROM, and you can flash it with no impact for data partition.
thanks my friend for new release 3.3

2. Do a nandroid backup or backup in cwm.
