Can't connect to camera - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I just clean flashed the latest cm nightly and I get can't connect to camera, and now all roms I flash have that problem.

What gapps are you using? Switch to a gapps that doesn't include the camera in it.

Flash one without the Google Camera, thats causing your phone camera not to connect.

Anything under Mini should be fine.

Did you manage to get that fixed? I just flashed the 05Q modem and my camera won't connect anymore. I've tried flashing CM11S version 44S modem / rom and it still won't work in any other rom. It was working fine before the 05Q modem. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Tride to delete cache and data in app Manager but no change...
Thank you
Do you use a custom rom with the original built in camera app or do you reflash the camera app by yourself?
Or do you use the original CM11s ROM?
I use original CM11S, no root.
Go for a Custom Rom like crDroid (have the rom on my phone and its smooth amd stable ) If you dont want to root/flash your device boot in the stock recovery mod and clean your cache
I dont want to install other roms... I like CM11S.

Download Stock Google GApps from this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/tk-gapps-t3116347
Download latest CM12.1 nightly, wipe your system completely (including internal storage) and after successful completion of flashing for ROM.zip, flash those GApps.zip

After flashing MM, stuck with no SIM. Why?

Here is my situation. I've been running Euphoria 1.1 Since I got my OPO at the beginning of December and love it. Have no issues but, lately I've been wanting to test some MM roms. So every MM rom I've tried to install it says I have no SIM. This is even after I flash the correct modem/firmware update and using the correct TWRP version. So has anybody had this issue or have fixed this issue?
Which TWRP are you using?
I've been using TWRP 2.8.7.0.5 (Materialised version) without any problems. You can get it here if you don't have it already: http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/development/unofficial-twrp-2-8-3-0-t2981495
Wipe data, cache, dalvik cache, flash latest CM13 nightly, flash MM ROM of your choice, and flash Gapps.
I personally have been having problems with the 00011 and 00013 modems so I've been using the 00241 modem from lollipop.

I didn't think about flashing the latest CM13 then flashing the particular rom I want to try. I guess I will have to try that. Right now I'm using 2.8.7 but, I've tried the 2.8.7.0.5 materialised version as well and had issues with it not rebooting correctly. I had to force reboot with it. I've heard 2.8.6 works as well.

Ah I see, yes 2.8.6 flashes the radio files correctly as well.

I'll flash 2.8.6 and try flashing CM13 and the rom I want to install and report back later after I'm off work. Thanks
Edit: Well flashing CM13 first before flashing the MM ROM fixed my issue, I'm still not satisfied with the ROMs I've tested as they don't have the features I'm looking for. Looks like I'll stay with Euphoria a little bit longer. If Mod wants to close this thread go right a head.

[Help] Media scanner not working in N

So I was on sultan cm13 rom and decided to flash RR v 5.8.3 today.
I was having multirom installed, but uninstalled it before continuing.
After flashing RR the "android.media has stopped" popup started to come up and there was nothing in music library or gallery.
But in explorer i can see my files intact.
Tried flashing halogenOS still same result..
Tried pure lineage OS build still same result..
Can anyone help on this issue?
I am back on pure stock rom for now..

Recovery: twrp-3.1.0-K1-bacon.img
Steps i followed:
1. Uninstalled multirom by flashing the multirom_uninstaller.zip
2. Flashed this recovery "twrp-3.1.0-K1-bacon.img" previously i had multirom recovery
3. Then reboot to new recovery.
4. Wiped Data,System,Cache,Dalvik-cache.
5. Flashed halogenOS build:20/04
6. Flashed Gapps 7.1 arm nano.
7. Rebooted
Then the error popup started coming after the setup wizard.
I looked at music, it showed no music found, same with gallery no photos found was coming
I thought maybe ROM bug so i clean flashed RR latest build(downloaded today)
Same problem in RR ROM also.
So i clean flashed lineage Rom, i thought maybe it was some firmware issue, still same problem!!!
So now i am back to full stock(flashed all the fastboot images of stock rom cos13)
