hello android-users! i have a motorola charm that I bought earlier this year that is currently running Android 2.1 Eclair as its latest update and is rooted using the SuperOneClick application. it's a pretty nice phone and all, but the problem is that i keep constantly running out of space for my applications, because they can only be installed on the phone's internal memory, and not my SD card, which is 8 GBs. this is getting really annoying, and since my phone won't be receiving any more Android updates, I won't be able to natively install or move apps into my sd card, so i was wondering if it was possible to do on a rooted Android 2.1. if so, could you please tell me how or point me to a good tutorial? Thanx so much for the help!
Hi guys, I'm really sorry to bump my thread here, but I'd really appreciate some help! Even if it's just a general idea or method, I could look up the rest on my own on Google or Youtube, but a working method that you guys could point me to would be great. Thanks again!

Hey man was browsing my notifications and just so happened to see your post. Not too sure I can be of much help but I have a rooted Xoom WiFi tablet I haven't used for a long time and I remember some sort of information. May I ask if you have a WiFi and if you're looking for clockworkmod? Reply back, maybe PM me as well. I'll be up for a little while longer.

Hi,
See this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-s/general/patch-adoptable-storage-enabler-t3460478
You need to have root and a custom recovery before you do that.
Good luck
