[Q] Not going to Bootloader - HTC One S

guys i recently bought new phone and yesterday i tried to unlock and root it..did the boot unlock..did the rooting, did the super user...but forgot to make S-OFF. After that i installed MaximusHD 10.0.0 rom through CWM recovery. but it didnt boot. Later i came to knew that i forgot S-off. After that i planned to go back to Stock. I downloaded my o2 stock rom. For this i went back to bootloader and re-locked the bootloader. After that when i was trying to install stock ruu. i was unable to go to boot loader. i tried holding power + minus volume for 2 mins but nothing happened. When i release it. Hello, I find that to get SuperCID and S-Off only works if you have a ROM that has Sense on it. Try this:
Download ViperOne Rom and in install it. (Hopefully it will load and bootup)
If it doesn't get past the Logo screen go into the "Bootloader" on the phone (Power + Volume Down). Connect it to your USB and make sure it's says "Fastboot USB". Extract "boot_hboot2.15.img" in the ZIP (in Kernal Folder).
Put the file in the same folder in your Fastboot/ADB . Type in "Fastboot Flash Boot boot_hboot2.15.img" and is should allow you to start up the ViperOne ROM.
From there you should be able to do your SuperCID and S-off. (Make sure your Rooted, SuperSU, and Busybox is installed before doing SuperCID and S-off)

Help stuck in boot loop.

Hey guys - I'm not a complete noob, just have not be playing on a few years. The ole Sensation started to slow so I thought I would unlock, via HTC's site, and root via "Guide] Root Official ICS ROM HBoot 1.27.000 Easely without S-Off" (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1632553). I did this and everything worked fine until the phone started an OTA update for ICS. Once this happened I got a triangle with an exclamation in it and had to pull the battery. Since then, I have not be able to get it to boot. I'm now to the point that I can get it to boot but its in a loop after the T-Mobile pink square or as of late, the CM9 blue screen. I've made a million changes via fastboot and here is where I'm at:

relock the bootloader ..using this command
fastboot oem lock

If there isn't a RUU.exe for your CID that you can run, you could go through the process of S-Off so that you can run a RUU to return to stock.
(you said you are s-off, but the info you provided says you are s-on)
Or you can install one of the many ROMs to get it back up and running.
As you are S-On don't forget to fastboot flash the boot.img and do a wipe.

Problem is that when I try to install a ROM (CM11 in my case), it keep saying "Skipping MD5 check: no MD5 file found.", always.

But that is not an error. What problem do you think that causes?
If you want it to verify the md5 checksum, include an appropriately named and correctly formatted md5sum file (i.e., $ROMNAME.md5) in the same directory as the ROM you're trying to flash.

[Q] Made a mistake with firmware, now ROMs won't boot

I can currently start the bootloader, which states S-ON, TAMPERED and UNLOCKED.
I can install recoveries. Right now I have TWRP, and I think it works the way it should.
Tried installing a stock ROM, tried CM11 (which is what I started with) and CM10.2.
I updated the firmware which is what I think caused the issue.
Between every attempt, I cleared cache and dalvik before and after each ROM flash, then rebooted.
Every ROM puts me into a bootloop.
Please help me.

Easy fix your going to have to flash a boot.img from the rom
You have to do this because your S-on if you were S off you would not need to flash the boot img yourself
follow the instructions here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1604677

I have only installed through a PC using this toolkit but the links have been removed anyway to download it.
There are other tools but I have not used them I'm sorry
A little update:
First, recovery stopped having control over the SD card somehow. Right now I can't even boot into recovery anymore.
I think I need to run RUU, but I don't know which one. I have downloaded this one off androidruu.com:
Code:
RUU_Ville_U_JB_45_S_HTC_Europe_3.16.401.8_Radio_1.11.50.05.28_10.27.50.08L_release_301814_signed_2_4.exe
because it matches my radio version, but I don't know about the rest. Currently in the process of installing Windows 7 on a virtual machine so I can run this thing (why the hell is it a .exe file?!).
Does anyone know which one would work for me?

[q] guys pls help!!!!!!! Htc one bricked!!

Hi.
Recent I downloaded a custom rom running android revolution 71.0 hd, my phone is rooted and I am running twrp 2.7. I choose to go back to original rom and restore everything my phone is also relocked tampered. I somehow locked it and again relocked and wiped everything, I ran this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2626050 rom and installed it, a while later I restart my phone and get "system proccess error" wait or click ok to shut down so the rom was not working. Somehow I am now stuck on the fastboot and cannot do a ****. Tried so hard installing like over 11 different twrp versions and no one of them seems working, only 1 worked from t-mobile, it went in and then I could not move anything, just stuck freez. I really want to do RUU recovery but my phone is S-on and I don't know if you guys know if it works to do a RUU even if the phone is s-on, I can lock the bootloader or keep it like now unlocked that works so far but cannot do anything else like install custom rom or anything else. I will put down my phone specifications down below and also typed "fastboot getvar all" command so you will see all info I can put down and which ruu version do I need and how do I do to install or fix this pls help me guys!!!!

Try Philz recovery.
I had trouble using TWRP, it didn't want to install any rom for me. Not sure why.
Also make sure you are installing ROMS that are made for your firmware/partition layout.
I'm not an expert but that's what I've learned so far from other members.
