[HELP!!] No OS, S-Off, can't install CM11 or anything - HTC One S

As title said, I have an HTC One S that is bricked, S-Off and I can't install anything on it. I forgot to do a backup before doing all this. I've been trying to put CM11 for hours, yet nothing, same for this OTA (OTA_Ville_U_JB_45_S_BM_3.16.666.9_1.11.50.05.28_10.27.50.08L_release_308167fun0bzhoz2tch0mh). Can anyone please help me?

If there isn't a RUU.exe for your CID that you can run, you could go through the process of S-Off so that you can run a RUU to return to stock.
(you said you are s-off, but the info you provided says you are s-on)
Or you can install one of the many ROMs to get it back up and running.
As you are S-On don't forget to fastboot flash the boot.img and do a wipe.

Problem is that when I try to install a ROM (CM11 in my case), it keep saying "Skipping MD5 check: no MD5 file found.", always.

But that is not an error. What problem do you think that causes?
If you want it to verify the md5 checksum, include an appropriately named and correctly formatted md5sum file (i.e., $ROMNAME.md5) in the same directory as the ROM you're trying to flash.

I did this few month ago, so i don't remember exactly how i did... But i believe that i did something like this "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" and than rebooted.

[Q] Trouble flashing any CM Roms

Hello Ladies & Gents,
I've had the MaximusHD ROM for a while but am wanting to try CM to run lean & mean like I like it. The problem is I keep getting an error on "updating partition details..." when trying to install from TWRP.
I've tried a couple different ROM zips.
I've tried with HBOOT 2.15 and 2.16
I've tried TWRP 2.7.1.0 and also an earlier version (I don't recall)
...and every time I get "FAILED" !
ALSO, maybe this is related, but I can't get ADB to work, only fastboot. Any idea what I'm doing wrong????

the ics rom won't boot with gingerbread firmware
flash this rom from recovery
http://www.4shared.com/zip/NVqsJkGIba/2084011_stock_rooted_signed-FI.html (GB rom)
before flashing the rom:
format all partitions except sdcard from 4ext
enable smartflash from 4ext(because you are on S-ON)
flash the rom
done
after that use this method for S-OFF

To get sim unlock you need to follow this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1232107.
I don't know how it's handled in your country, but in germany after 2 years you can let the provider remove sim lock for free, maybe you could try that too.
Both method don't work..
In adb shell method ( the command "strings -n 8 /dev/block/mmcblk0p6") in Windows
Pls see attachment, Why T-MOB010 is written above IMEI ? ( last 3-4 lines )
Strangely , my htc got sim unlocked itself.
I put a cdma sim in it. Android start updating & showed no network. Then I put my gsm sim & it started working.
Prior to this, my htc was synced with htc sync on windows.
Thanks to all.

Could anyone here point me in the right direction? I've never really played with HTC devices and I was barely able to root it and get CM installed on it, however I would really like to go back to stock.
Would I need to gain S-OFF first or can I directly go back to the stock HTC rom?
Thanks in advance!
Edit: Just managed to gain S-off. Haven't played with cid yet and downloading this at the moment.
