I haven't found a particular section for your device here on xda, but take a look at the following link.
The op seems to have the same problem as you.
So i'll recommend you to use that thread for any future queries.

Thanks that worked.. its rebooting and now works, woohooo
Hi all, First post on here hope everyone is nice. So I rooted my s3 played around with wickeds rom and liked it alot! Then I saw Synergy came up with the multi window rom so I flashed that! Everything worked great except wifi was not turning on. I saw someone say you need to unlock bootloader and reflash. So...
I used ez unlock to unlock bootloader
I pressed reboot into recovery
AND.... Bricked.. I think.
Can this be fixed? Most people who brick their phones by flashing to a wrong rom but not in my case. The phone wont turn on and wont go into download mode.
WHAT CAN I DO? can i call samsung and tell them that the screen stopped working or something? Its a 2 week old phone!
PLEASE HELP!!!!
U can search for hardbrick solution, i think there is a way to reflash bootloader. If not take it to samsung, maybe they won't see what u did.

Look for JTAG repair if you are absolutely sure you cannot get into download mode.

I've also flashed that ROM. You must flash Ktoonsez kernel in order to fix the WiFi problem.

Hi there,
This is my first post. Today I tried rooting my Defy Mini from the UK. It didn´t have access to Fastboot, so I followed some instructions I found on this forum and flashed it with a different ROM (SBF file) in order to gain Fastboot. The only result though was that I bricked my phone. It now displays no IMEI number - so I can´t use it basically.
Could someone help me, please?
I tried clicking on the link on this page, but it was broken. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1787152
Was the Rooting successful?

I just tried the UK one (from where I bought the phone), and I've tried the Spanish one. Both with no luck
I found someone here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=40732343, who had the same issue. This person used the ROM for the Indian model. I can't find the ROM anywhere. Anybody know where to look?

I see. Still, I heard there are problems concerning the new FW about the tablet being unrooted if you flash KK on it and the samsung logo not appearing in the booting screen. Is there any way for the root to stay? I already know that there are a few bug issues in the software like the fast battery drain and I can handle that but the root though...I don't really want my device being bricked or whatever. I'm still a newbie about this so I wanted to find more information if possible before doing anything first.

I know it's official and everthing but that's not what I'm worried about. My tablet's already rooted with a custom rom and a blackhawk kernel in it. I read from the other posts that you'd be stuck in the booting screen if you flash the KK due to the logo missing and that you'll lose the root and will never be rooted again due to KK leaving a signature on the build or something. I'm not exactly sure what steps to take to prevent it though and I wanted to flash KK so bad. I just want to know if anyone knows how to flash KK in my already rooted tablet without encountering those two issues I just stated above.
Anyone?

You can always get root access again either by pre-rooting the firmware or by a custom recovery image in several different ways.

I don't think I can do the pre-rooting one. My computer doesn't run in Linux and I'm currently out of the country (and probably will be for months) to do anything about it.
Can you please tell me how to do it using custom recovery? You mentioned that there are different ways to do it?

Hello XDA! I'm pretty new to rooting, flashing, etc. and I have a question for you guys. Today I successfully downgraded my LG G3 D852 (Telus) from MM to LP - 1st step from installing different ROM (LOS). I want to install TWRP recovery menu, but on their website there is only one for LG G3 D852 (Bell Rogers). So I'm going to ask here, if this recovery menu is going to work on the my exact model-carrier phone. I really appreciate any help you can provide!

I tried it 2nd time and now it works without any problem. I just want to ask you, if I can install Lineage OS on my phone? And I'm a bit confused which version of LOS to use, since the TWRP menu I have downloaded with the GUI program was for D852G (with G).
